I was at their drive thru and a woman behind me started honking her horn and screaming to me. The staff in their uniforms came out, watched it like it was a sideshow, and did nothing about it. They did not offer any help when I asked one older employee what should I do he just shrugged his shoulders. The staff watched the display and did not call the police. The woman hit my car and threatens Me., The staff at the pickup window refused to get the manager for me. I was scared to get out of my vehicle and get the license plate number . I left, called, spoke to a male manager, and told him what happened and he laughed. I asked him to get the manager to call me back to see if they had the woman on video and her license plate number and I have not heard from them. The employees did not respond to my pleas for help and were ignorant Tim Horton s in their mission statement says their customer service is important and they are big on community involvement. I think that the staffs have not read the statement. I believe this because of their actions on June 7, 2014 this was a Sunday afternoon and I do think Tim Horton’s should be a safe place to go at all times. I would not recommend the Tim Horton’s my food order was missing napkins and a straw. However, the big picture is the lack of empathy for what happened that day. I was trapped in my vehicle and no place to get out and had to go through this horrific experience on my own with no cell phone to call for help. I hope that in writing this someone reads it and addresses the staff on how to handle a situation when someone is in trouble. The manager showed to be of no character when they refused to help me get a license number of the car. They did not come to check to see if they defuse the situation. The management could have asked the employees to check to see if I was ok and called the police. When Tim Horton mission statement is . MISSION STATEMENT: Our guiding mission is to deliver superior quality products and services for our guests and communities through leadership, innovation and partnerships.. This does not mention anything about standing around and not doing anything when someone is in trouble.. The vision for Tim Horton’s is OUR VISION: Our vision is to be the quality leader in everything we do. I think the manager needs to read this again and fully understand what this means.

Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 10221 170 St NW Unit 1020, Edmonton

Close to my work, so I go here. Some of the staff members are not doing their job nicely. Last month I went to buy chicken panini, a Filipino lady was washing dishes, then she without washing her hands made my sandwich without even using gloves. When I refused to take it, she did not accept her mistake. When I refused again, she made very weird face, but made me new sandwich. Just a tip, if anyone goes to this Tim hortons, make sure you keep an eye, if they are making with clean hands.

Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport/Valley View Mall – Menu with Prices – 5040 Valley View Blvd NW N, Roanoke

I do my best not to complain about much. Just go with the flow. Last night hit the limit for me. I got off work and went to the hotel. I was checked into room 409. As I was getting ready for bed I saw something on the bed I was thinking about getting into. I looked closely and it was a bed bug. I called the front desk to inform them I refused to stay in the hotel. Only because this isn’t the first time I had a problem there. The shower curtains has mold on them and the towels are dirty. Back to the matter at hand. I got downstairs to the desk. The woman name is Sharon, I believe. I showed her the video of the bug running across the bed. She says o I’m sorry I can put you in another room. I said thank you, I don’t feel comfortable staying here tonight. I asked if it was possible for me to be taken back to the train. She said she was unable to because her coworker wasn’t there. I asked about a cab and she said o yea there’s a cab. I never got the number to call. I sat in the corner and called my job, explained everything to them then called my manager. Their manager came and asked if I wanted to stay at a hotel across the way. I said no thank you. She offered a cab. I asked if there was a way someone from the hotel would be able to take me. She told me the other woman (Miki) had gone home. It wasn’t true she had just checked me in. Then she says o she’s still here she must be going home soon. I’ll have a cab called for you. I said thank you and left it alone. Half an hour went by and Miki was still there. I went to ask Sharon instead of me waiting until 12:45 am and my report time for work is at 4:45am can one of them please take me to the train. She says we don’t want to take you to the train that’s why we’re not taking you. That’s why you’re waiting for a cab. We don’t feel like taking you and we told the manager that. I said o…o really. I sat back down and waited. Next thing I know they’re mad because they think I call the job. Which I didn’t see a need to do. Sharon told Miki the cab was there and it was clear I was not wanted there at all. I let Sharon know I didn’t call anyone asking to call the hotel on my be half.

Tim Hortons – Menu with Prices – 1781 Upper Water St, Halifax

I wanted to give this Tim Hortons more stars… I really did! showed up here on my dinner break for a sammy and coffee, just because i felt like a quick no frills meal. I hate to say this but I should have gone elsewhere. ohh upper Water Street Tim Horton’s with the cold Stone Creamery why do you do this to me??? you seem so upper class for Tim Hortons! I could deal with a 20 minute wait for sandwich…. what I couldn’t deal with was how rude to staff was. They were actually nice to me, however most of the patrons I noticed they were incredibly rude to. Yes I understand it’s tourist season, in my job I deal with Tourists all day long. word to the wise they’re not that bad…. and by the way in the summertime they pay your bills. the way I saw some the staff talk to the people in line up was horrible. my little outing to Tim Hortons on Upper Water Street will be my last one to say the least. I apologize if it seems a little bit cynical but I was really not impressed with what i witnessed here today.

Hiroba Sushi – Menu with Prices – 10720 S Eastern Ave #100, Henderson

It was our first visit so we were not familiar with the sushi rolls they served. We ordered several sushi rolls and most of it tasted okay. Most of the people who worked there seemed nice, but there were a couple people who were not. First, our waitress incorrectly announced one of our dishes (which led to the wrong person eating it) because they did not served all our food at the same time but instead, served each dish when it was ready. However, this was not the problem. It was the fact that she refused to admit to her mistake and wanted to charge us for another dish. A few minutes later, another older woman (maybe the manager) came by and rudely told us that the waitress would have to buy us another dish if we insisted it was her mistake. This angered my husband and he told the older woman that it would be against the law to do so. In the end, they did bring us another dish, but it was a horrible experience for me. I left behind a 20% tip because most of the people there were nice (I hope those people get most of the tip) and I will definitely be checking my credit card statement.

Dia de Los Puercos – Menu with Prices – 3605 Market Street, Riverside

The first visit to this spot was great… The second visit was even better. Unfortunately the 3rd was not a charm. The second visit happened on Thursday night, Elise was GREAT! Shout out Elise!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area (a plus for a first time visitor). The third visit happened tonight, a Saturday night. We attempted to order the exact same thing we ordered on Thursday and was rudely told, by the manager at that, “Oh we don’t do that!” When we pushed the issue further and provided plenty of details we were asked, “are you sure it was here?” Of course we were sure (duh!) Again the manager refused to accommodate our request, vehemently stating what we were asking for was something they absolutely did not do! Lucky for me I opened my purse- low and behold I actually had the receipt that showed Dia De Los Puercos indeed did exactly what we were asking for (well who knew?!) However, instead of the manager acknowledging our request and apologizing for the misunderstanding he very dismissively said something to the effect of oh well

Le Boudoir Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 3301 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa

Talk about bad customer service and a worse Manager?s attitude. Made a reservation over the phone with the Manager for Saturday evening only to show up and find the restaurant closed. Called Sunday morning ( they were open for brunch) and spoke to ( the same manager I made the reservation with) and when I asked what happened all he said was yes we closed for dinner. No explanation, no sorry about that. When I asked why didn?t you at least call me and let me know? No response. So I said well you give me no choice but to write a bad review. His response to that was ? Write a bad review, I don?t care?. What an attitude. And now that I look back at other reviews I see this has happened to other people on other days. Be careful if you plan on going there; they might not be open.

Cafe Rose Express – Menu with Prices – 1570 Scenic Ave, Costa Mesa

I wasn’t pleased with my experience the other day. I ordered the Apple Walnut salad. The example that they had in the case was huge, and had several slices of avocado on it. What I got was 1/2 the size, with no avocado. When I mentioned that it didn’t look like the example to the young woman who delivered it to me, she giggled. I then took it up to the register, the woman chuckled and rolled her eyes at me. She asked if I had ordered a split salad. No, it was a full size. The man behind the counter asked her what was wrong. She told him that I said it was too small, and didn’t have avocado on it. He laughed in a scoffing way. When a salad was again delivered to me, I think it was the same one, but 3 slices of avocado were added. Same size exactly other than that. So I paid about $11 for a half salad (everyone else had full bowls of salad at my table). I just accepted it because I didn’t want them to laugh at me again, or roll their eyes. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. The salad tasted good, but….I might call the manager to complain. If it were my restaurant, I would want to know how my employees treat people….they don’t have a way to call to talk to them, so I guess I won’t call the manager–I just won’t go there anymore.

The Vortex Menu with Prices 1167 Brittain Rd, Akron

the bartender was asked if they served a certain brand of beer and these supposed owner came over and suggested we should possibly read the menu. It was our first time there. There Were Ten of us ready to spend money in his establishment. One of our friends was already intoxicated although she had no interest in driving a vehicle nor had she driven one and she had already been given an ice water. When the supposed owner got smart with the young lady who asked about a certain brand of beer she got a little smart back saying she was just asking at that point he said you were no longer drinking any beer tonight. There is no reason for this man to treat this young lady so disrespectfully. At that point he became so disrespectful to all of us we no longer felt the need to treat him respectfully so we were exiting his establishment keep in mind we had all purchased $30 tickets to enter so that was $300 we paid to enter his bar that night we had been there for all of two minutes. He followed us outside saying he was going to call the police there was 10 of us we were all women and he was so threatened by us apparently where he thought he should call the police or maybe he thought he would get our license number… much to his surprise we were in a limo so he really couldn’t call the police and report what we will be driving away in because none of us were drinking and driving. There is no reason for someone who owns such a dive bar to disrespect 10 women who were dressed respectfully one of which who was already drinking ice water when the only question that was asked was do you sell Michelob Ultra or something to that effect. It was a simple question it required a simple answer it did not require a smart mouth or a disrespectful attitude. It seems as though he saw $300 walk to his door and decided he already had his commission for the night but what he did not now is he could have made a significant amount of money for the rest of the evening because we would have spent money because we did have a limo to drive us 45 minutes back home so who’s loss is it really? I would never recommend going there no matter what the venue is ever again to anyone for any reason because just because his arms are big doesn’t mean he’s a big tough guy because all he saw was ten little girls and felt he needed to call the police. At no point did we have any intention of being disrespectful to his bartender or him until we were shown such disrespect. We are all in the same industry so we would never have been disrespectful to his serving staff… so once again I say shame on him

Las Islas Marias – Menu with Prices – 2150 N Amidon Ave, Wichita

I loved this place. The food is great but the management does not know how to run a business. We had some issues with our order and tried to resolve them with the waiter. The manager refused to do anything to help. We ended up paying for 2 expensive entres we didn’t mean to order (which is fine it was our mistake) and then also paid full price for the dish we actually wanted even after the waiter suggested we may be able to get a discount. After this the manager also tagged on 18% gratuity for a table of 4 even though their policy states automatic gratuity for party’s of 10 or more. I think it was just a manager who doesn’t know how to treat customers making sure he collected our tip. We never got mad or complained but we were treated like we were some sort of nuisance by the manager. This happened the evening of 04/20/19. If it was just one bad manager I may give it another try some time.

First Watch – 94 Hundred Shea – Now Open! – Menu with Prices – 9325 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale

Thought I would come in to support the new restaurant, I sat at the bar alone (no one else was at the bar), I ordered a salad without dressing and the server brings out the wrong salad with dressing on the side, then when she brings me the right salad, she brings it with the dressing on the salad, for the kicker.. when she finally bring the right salad with the dressing on the side I asked for a box and started to pack to go and under the first part was the original salad with the dressing on haha right how embarrassing to know their staff would do this, so the linemen used the same salad. When asked for a manager that girl goes over to my server and tells her first then goes to the manager’s area which is so unprofessional then the linemen all are staring at me when the manager does arrive. I said look at your staff right now, he apologized I asked if I could pay for my drink and I wanted to leave he said he would remake my salad, but at this point does anyone trust that the staff would not do anything to your food, you would hope that wouldn’t happened especially in Scottsdale. When I went into my hair salon after I told them what happened and the girls said they have ordered there twice and there food has been wrong every time and when they went to pick up the correct order the staff was rude. I will not be coming back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know and also writing on yelp. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and what is sad to remake a salad does not come out of the linemen’s paycheck so why couldn’t they just have done it right in the first place. To my server, if you can’t remember one order please use an ordering pad, it was not busy and I was a party of one! When the staff looks at you like it was my fault when it clearly was the incompetent SERVER who was at fault.

Main Event Knoxville – Menu with Prices – 9081 Kingston Pike, Knoxville

I really do not like posting negative reviews, but feel I should give a heads up for all those going to visit. I went with my husband and 4 kids. We paid for an hour of bowling, which ended in the middle of the 10th frame… with no warning!! Not sure why the computer would not alert you of the diminishing time, but it didn’t. Then, went to eat. We were approached by an employee who told us we could sit anywhere. We sat at a long table. After a few minutes, we were approached by a different employee who informed us that there was no server there and we would have to move…. to 2 small booths, clearly not enough space to fit all 6 of us. A server came over and said she would have to get manager permission for a different table… and told us we could go back to the same table we had just been sitting at. At this point, I tried to order a beer. I had just been to the dmv for a new license with the star on it, and they issued me a paper license. The server said it was policy not to accept paper licenses! I told her I have my other license, but the dmv had put a hole punch in it. After the server spoke with the manager, they would not honor either! Frustrated, we left. Yes, there are a lot of activities for families to do, however the poor service we received ensured that we will not be back, and will let others know about the way we were treated.

PHO’HOOKSAFISH – Menu with Prices – 2800 Tulane Ave, New Orleans

This is incredibly disappointing, not only for the quality of food, but also for the scumbag who owns the joint. The woman working at the front counter was very kind and tried to remedy my situation, alas, the owner of the “restaurant” was adverse to any sort of logic or reason. I got food poisoning from rancid, packaged bleu cheese dressing which was very old. Upon tasting the off bleu cheese, I began feeling ill. It completely ruined my meal, and I requested a refund. The woman at the front desk called the owner to explain the situation. The owner said that he would be right over– apparently his office is a few blocks away. He never came. He refused to offer me a refund over the phone and refused to give me a call after I had left. This place used to be Itialian Pie– we all know how that turned out. These people are old, New Orleans money crooks. Take your dollars elsewhere. Update: Got my money back through my credit card. The owner is an ass. Good luck with another failed business.
