I finally had the opportunity to go into the cafe this afternoon for lunch while I was at work and I have to say that itâ??s perfect! I love the atmosphere and the owner is so sweet. I ordered the vegan chickpea salad sandwich and it was so good. I couldnâ??t even wait to go back so when I finished work I ordered the vegan double decker pepperoni pizza. The pizza was the perfect late night snack and I followed it up with some vegan brownies. There are books available to read, local crafts for sale and it has an all around relaxed feel. I certainly recommend checking this place out if you havenâ??t.

Pizza Gusta – Menu with Prices – 2945 Bruckner Blvd, The Bronx

AMAZING VEGAN pizza, wow! I ordered a pizza with follow your heart cheese, yves pepperoni, and broccoli. I also ordered a side of garlic knots that can be made vegan per request. The owner is very knowledgeable about the vegan diet and said he can veganize any of his menu items. For cheese he has: follow your heart, violife, and daiya. For mock meats he has: beyond sausage, gardein chicken, tofurkey, and yves pepperoni. The pizza and garlic knots were a 10/10 and I will definitely be back soon!

TinyBrickOven Menu with Prices 1036 Light St, Baltimore

Tried a little of everything today. My friend ordered a pepperoni/mushroom and I tried a vegan sausage/mushroom pizza. When we asked for basil the owner offered dried or fresh basil, yum. Jones soda was offered on tap with free refills. I really liked the root beer and my friend enjoyed the orange creme. Open kitchen is always a nice touch, fun to watch them make your food and also to see it’s prepared in a clean environment. The gelato is made by a guy named Bob, this is not store bought and you can taste the difference. Vegan gelato available. After pizza, soda and gelato dessert I was full. It’s nice to see a locally owned place with family values. Open late, most nights, if you need a snack before bed. Will go again.

Possum Pizza Menu with Prices 510 W Oltorf St, Austin

This vegan pizza truck is quite a find… I’ve had vegan pizza before and there has been terrible pizzas as well as pizzas I thought were quite more than decent (which at this level gets a lot of rave from any vegans frustrated with subpar food and/or taste). Possum Pizza, taking over a parking lot with two other food trucks at an abandoned property (up for lease/sale?), took it to another level – churning out slices and pies that I, an omnivore, can actually love. So yes, they found a way to make me crave a slice of their vegan pies. I had the macaroni cheese and bacon (veganized) slice that has a drizzle of ranch dressing (this is a second time in which I’ve enjoyed vegan ranch dressing – a feat considering that I’m not a fan of ranch dressing under most scenarios). It had a kick, even though it was touted as being less spicy than their other available pie that was instantly available (I came in the late afternoon, my fault) – but it was perfect for me, who is spicy-hot-averse. And the best kick of it all? It’s quite affordable for vegan food – even compared to other vegan pizzerias in town (at this date, we have three in Austin, the new vegan capital?). Bravo Possum, bravo!

Lucos Pizza – Menu with Prices – 2925 W Republic Rd #100, Springfield

So far I can only speak to the vegan pizza so far, but wanted to share my experience. I went in with high hopes based on other reviews. I ordered the vegan supremo pizza. The hand tossed crust was very good, soft and not too thick. The sauce didn’t have much of a flavor. The vegan cheese that has been highly praised in other reviews was practically nonexistent. The vegan pepperoni were also sadly without much flavor. The veggies are the star. Lots of big, fresh veggie pieces that are not overcooked. The vegan ranch is delicious, with a nice garlic hint to it. Overall the pizza was good, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I would definitely try a pizza with real cheese and see how that measures up.

Buddy’s Pizza – Menu with Prices – 4061 28th St SE, Grand Rapids

Buddy’s Pizza is I think a Detroit thing that has since migrated and made its way to the West Side and if you’ve always dreamed of having a place that’s a bit better than Jet’s Pizza and a bit fancier, this is going to be your dream come true. Buddy’s is in the heart of 28th Street – where the old Carraba’s used to be. You can’t miss it – it’s got bright yellow and blue signage and is right before the big Fox Motors dealership. With that being said – I love deep dish Detroit-style pizza, so this was an awesome trip. Their setup is super spacious and has plenty of seating and TVs for everyone, so if you’re waiting for a table, that means they’re BUSY. The place has always been bustling every time I’ve gone (and they’ve got also got a separate side entrance for takeout orders if you’re a pizza-at-home kind of person). Service is quick, the servers are super nice and super responsive, and overall, there seems to be an overflow of workers there at all times, so you’ll always have someone that’s able to help you out. As for the food – it’s great. The menu is a bit scattered and hard to read because of how many different items they have, but the few menu items that I’ve had were all very solid. My favorite pizza at Buddy’s is the “Detroiter” – it’s just regular cheese, pepperoni, tomato basil sauce, and shaved parmesan cheese and some Buddy’s Sicilian spice blend. It’s a classic pepperoni pizza, but the cheese and the spice blend is what separates it from just a regular pepperoni pizza. With that being said, I think there are plenty of other menu items that are more “specialty”, but I think this is a solid option for those that don’t want to go outside of their comfort zone but might have a worry that it’s just another “plain” pepperoni pizza. It’s really good. From there, the thing to note is that a four-square is plenty for an individual person. You might end up having leftovers. I’m a pretty big dude and can down pizza like nobody’s business, but with a four-square – I’m full and sometimes I leave a piece as a leftover, so keep that in mind when ordering! Other than that, they’ve got VEGAN options for anyone who is looking for VEGAN cheese. They’ve got Daiya – I know, my fiancée is vegan, so this automatically ups their value for any vegan eater that wants a quick takeout pizza with vegan cheese. The rest of their menu is priced fairly, food is good, location is convenient and clean, and everyone there is generally very nice and helpful. Would go back again!

Gino’s Pizza Menu with Prices 1374 Copley Rd, Akron

Holy Cow! What an absolute surprise. We recently ordered from Gino’s, and let me tell you, what a pie! We ordered 2 different ones, a half cheese, half pepperoni, and a white, garlic, chicken pizza. First the half pepperoni. Delicious, medium crust, crispy on the bottom, still a bit of chew to the inside. Tangy, rich, tomato-y sauce. Great cheese, cupped, tiny pepperoni rounds that crisped up on the bake. The white pie was aggressively garlicky, but that’s sort of what you expect in a white pizza. The chicken on it was diced up and incorporated in every bite. Coupled with the same great dough and cheese as the pepperoni pizza, this was pretty good. My preference is probably the red sauce pizza, but that’s usually my preference, so try them yourself and see what you like best!

Capital Books – Menu with Prices – 1011 K St, Sacramento

The book shop is outstanding for a small cozy place conveniently located in area of K street that is changing to big times. For a small place , naturally the shop will focus on what is good to read and best sellers. For such a small place, an amazingly nice area is given to children’s books and young readers. I’ve overheard the owners talk books with customers. They are very knowledgeable. Amazing. I’m not sure why, but they are absolutely willing to discuss authors , topics. From what I’ve seen, they do not just recommend a book to make a sale. This is a major plus. I’ve been in too many bookstores in life. Also … they are attitude free…why do I know all this. I’m a neighbor from the apts in area; I stop in frequently. The store does offer a plan to for a discount for frequent buyers……..BTW … the shelves are stocked with quality best sellers. I pay attention to publishing book world on YouTube, plus with passage of time. I’m not sure how a small store stocks it’s shelf. How do the owners select titles? I say this because the store is a good example of how to run a store with good books and good encouragement to read and expand our place in life.

Nforno Pizza – Menu with Prices – 6795 Airport Rd, Mississauga

Went here for lunch for work with a couple of colleagues and we really enjoyed it. The pizza is made in front of you while you wait. The ingredients all looked very fresh and there were many toppings to choose from. The pizza is a bit on the pricey side but when you go here you’ll understand why. The interior of the restaurant was nice and modern as well. I had pizza with spinach and pepperoni and it was really nice. Their ranch dip was also good too. Would recommend for anyone who wants good pizza.

Full of Beans Cafe – Menu with Prices – 184 S 2nd St, Milwaukee

We’re always looking for a cool new coffee place to get some coffee and read and study, and this place certainly did not disappoint. The owners are super nice and bring your orders to your table and not afraid to have a conversation if you talk to them. The place itself is very cozy and gives a nice mom and pop type feel to it. There are cool and interesting paintings on display around the shop, that are also on sale if you like them enough. They also have nice small collection of board games to play and books to read. The coffee itself is really good, and we love coming here for waffles and coffee on the weekends. The waffles are made from scratch and are really delicious. We decided to try the roast beef panini special today, and it was also very good and really worth just coming here alone for it. This place will definitely become a regular spot for us, and really recommend others to come here.

Knuckle Sandwiches Menu with Prices 1149 Broad St, Augusta

Late night, greasy, tipsy food heaven! Used to come down here as a college student after long nights downtown. Fries are the bomb, really enjoy the chicken wings as well. The Thai chili sauce is excellent. Expect GREASY, UNHEALTHY food…but hey, what’s better than a fatty snack late on a weekend night?! The wait can sometimes be long depending on time of arrival. Minimal seating inside and on the outdoor patio. Prices are cheap, food amount is more than enough. They have a decent selection of food items and always do a great job in the kitchen. We even order out on our graveyard shifts at the hospital sometimes–the perfect snack for a pick-me-up on a crazy night in the ER. Everyone in Augusta knows about Knuckle Sandwhich!

Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza (South Side) – Menu with Prices – 1733 E Carson St, Pittsburgh

After leaving The Flats after an impromptu night out drinking I headed home feeling defeated while everyone else was scavenging the various local spots for food I just knew that there would be no where to grab some vegan options. That was until I seen Lotsa. The first time I had LOTSA it was at the Oakland location. I’ll just be honestly I was fairly disappointed , but after a while with some adjustments to my order I found the perfect order for me. This was all pre-vegan by the way. Any-who tonight the pizza was absolutely delicious. Thought it was slightly busy with a line to the door because the rest of drunk folks looking for a quick bite to eat this was not a hassle for the staff. The staff handle the lines with grace, patience, and speed. I was able to get in and out. The vegan cheese I would give a 4/5. While it was pretty loud in here as you could imagine it’s still a good place for you to hang out late with friends and chill. I gave the restaurant overall 4/5 because let’s be honest it isn’t most spectacular pizza but it gets the job done.

Montes De Oca – Menu with Prices – 1740 Palm Ave #10, Hialeah

Do not order pizza from here. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. They sent me a personal pizza 5 inch with 1 pepperoni on top. They people who answered are gross, ignorant people. They just played games by switching us to people who spoke English and switched to spaninh several times playing a game. I could just imagine what habits they have for handling food. This place is something you do not want to experience.STAY AWAY !!!!!!!! Do not order this pizza from Uber eats
