The venue is nice in the inside.. I had ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets (boneless chicken wings) I wanted half spicy garlic and half Carolina Gold and loaded fries. It took about 40 mins to get my food, and my order was messed up. When I told the waiter I ordered two separate sauces and only got one, she looked at my receipt and said yes you did Idky he didn’t make it right. She brought me the wrong sauce on the side instead of just bringing me the chicken dipped in the right sauce, when I said something she asked me if I wanted to purchase a side of chicken in the right sauce.. excuse me but tf!? Why would I rebuy something I already ordered that was messed up? They food is good but service sucks. Wait times for everything is extensive. So if you don’t have 3 hours to wait for ordering time, time to receive food, and time to receive check and to go boxes and bad customer service this is the place for you.

Snowflake Donut – Menu with Prices – 301 E Kings Hwy, Shreveport

Hardly ever anyone here. Each time Iâ??ve come to purchase from here, I may only see one other customer…I now see why-customer service sucks! I made a purchase from here Saturday & felt super rushed by the cashier for no apparent reason. I made my purchase but, my order was limited due to his hastiness. I thought that maybe the culture difference was the issue but that cannot be an excuse. Snowflake Donut or King Donut, whatever they are calling themselves these days, has to do better with customer service. Today, will be my last visit here. Again, thereâ??s no other customers & this guy wonâ??t let me have time to chose my purchase! I wanted to treat the staff at a nearby facility with some goodies this morning & due to his pushiness & haste, I didnâ??t get my entire order. From now on, Iâ??ll just take the time to drive a little further to Dunkin Donuts where I know the place is clean, service is nice & food is good.

Sugee’s Box Lunch Company Menu with Prices 13225 NE 20th St, Bellevue

I used to really like this place, but it seems they have consistent issues with getting their delivery orders correct these days. It’s a waste of time to have to call again to let them know and wait to receive the correct order. Today’s excuse was amusing. I ordered the BLT, in which the picture shows the BLT toasted, in fact, I’ve never seen a BLT not served toasted – unless specified by the customer. (I have 25yrs. restaurant experience) Well, the toasted picture of the BLT on Sugee’s website is what I ordered on sourdough and it arrived not toasted…so I called and the employee said “you didn’t specify that you wanted it toasted, you have to specify.” WHAT?? If the picture shows the BLT toasted why would I believe otherwise? It also doesn’t say you need to specify. I mean that’s the point right, to go off the enticing picture on a menu?? I guess if I ordered a burger, it might come on an english muffin because I didn’t specify that I wanted the bun in the photo? Absurd. So, instead of apologizing and making it right, he blames the customer and then says “we’ll bring you another one.” Upon arrival of toasted BLT still no apology. Yeah, my business will be going elsewhere for lunch. I’ll “toast” to that!

Camileaux’s Low Country Boil & Wings – Menu with Prices – 1660 Whittlesey Rd, Columbus

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I come to Columbus, GA about once a year. When we came last year the establishment was called Thibodeauxâ??s. Not sure why the name was changed to Camileaux, but the customer service was unsatisfactory. My family and i places our order at 7:45p and for 1 full hour we observed people come in and place their order and eat. Come in and order and leave with their orders. After patiently waiting for an hour I inquired about our order. Within 2 mins of asking the order was ready. I asked them why the wait and explained my observation with the customers placing and receiving their order. He couldnâ??t explain why, nor was he concerned. He asked if I wanted my order and I decided to receive a refund. No apology. No accommodations. Well I did receive my refund and went over to the Jazzy Crab and the food and customer service was good.

El Paso Chili Company – Menu with Prices – 539 East Blvd N, Montgomery

The worst service and food. My son and I waited to be served. Then watched as people were waited on and served. Then we got our food. My hamburger steak was under cooked after waiting 1 1/2 hours for it! The excuse was since it was well done (it was pink inside!) it took a long time. My son ordered a cup of chili. It was on the side and left off his order. I had to ask for it twice. He was charged for a bowl. We were informed they stopped making sweet tea. Then the people behind us were asked if they wanted some! I told them forget the hamburger steak, just give me a bowl of chili. $24.00 for waiting 2 1/2 hours for a messed up meal and bunch of excuses. Then told to come back. For what? His philly steak sandwich was skinny and mainly bread. No tea refills because they stopped making sweet tea but the customers behind us got offered sweet tea? We had to watch our waitress socialize and customers being waited on as if we were watching tv? My son was very upset. I was too. I had been a customer years ago when they had good food and customer service for ALL their customers.

America?s Best Wings – Menu with Prices – 12551 Jefferson Ave Suite 207, Newport News

I frequently order wings from this place and may I add I usually spend a lot of money here as I order for my family and take a large amount of food to family who live too far to drive here. The sauce is always lacking which is why I order extra sauce. I asked for extra sauce on the side with my wings and when they brought my wings out there was not extra side. The guy proceeded to say it’s on the wings which I said I asked for it on the side AND then he asked who took my order. When he said something to the guy who took my order (instead of just getting the extra sauce) the guy who took the order said it’s on the wings. He goes “you didn’t say you wanted it on the side” in which I said “yes I did”. First I’m a paying customer don’t argue with me about some sauce and secondly it doesn’t matter if I did or did not GET THE SAUCE. Horrible customer service and I won’t be returning. It’s already annoying to have to ask for extra sauce because they do not know how to properly sauce their wings. I refuse to give them my money just to be argued with.

Mimi 5 Bobee – Menu with Prices – 9799 Base Line Rd, Rancho Cucamonga

Not happy @ all,i enjoy almost all Asian Cuisine. So it’s serious to me,all i wanted was popcorn chicken, rice,a lil veg&a fried egg. I don’t care if it’s; Chinese,Taiwanese or Thai. It’s a sweet chili sauce to go w/the popcorn chicken, this pl. did Not have any. They had no eggs to fry,not a big deal. Asked for ice water & lemon, was brought warm water sans the lemon. Ordered soup,i left my daughter eating,as i went to purchase sweet chili sauce. Came back & it was no soup, she claimed she was waiting for me,but i know how hot that broth is. She was thinking i wasn’t going to pay or some foolishness. I believe it was the color of our skin, the Asians customers. Due to them speaking the language, got friendlier service. After this subpar service&paying w/card,she had the audacity to mention a tip. Are you serious, this is not a dim sum establishment. Where they’re are running back & fourth bringing several dishes,or a massage pl. where they work wayyy over the paid time. &the service was horrible. It’s sooo tacky to ask for a tip,i’ve noticed it’s only in Asian establishments. Terrible etiquette,i’ll never go there again.

Cafe Airlie – Menu with Prices – 32 Commerce St, Newark

I’ve been ordering here for years but today was my first day getting it delivered to my office. The food is so awesome , but Im sorry I will NEVER order from here again. I order a Hugo Boss and asked for the Chipotle sauce on the side. I didn’t receive the chipotle sauce, so I called them back and the guy I spoke to was very nice & he apologized, which I very much appreciate. He said the delivery man would bring it back. When he called me and said he was downstairs I asked him ( a short chubby spanish guy) if he could please bring it upstairs to the second floor & he cursed at me saying “he’s not coming upstairs for a “Mother F**** sauce & this was BS”. (those were his exact words). I felt so disrespected I even gave him a nice tip the first time he came & I planned on giving him another tip just for bringing back the sauce because I know it’s not fun delivering in the rain.

Wow Thai Food – Menu with Prices – 88 W Pender St #2007, Vancouver

Love the food. The Pad See Ew is my favorite here, especially with pork. I also really like the Yellow Curry with Chicken. But more than the food, I love the customer service! Today was a perfect example of good they are. At 11:09am I ordered food through SkipTheDishes and got the time estimate of 23minutes to receive it. After 30minutes passed the time to receive was still 20min, so I contacted SkipTheDishes help line. They said they would assign a new courier and were sorry for the delay. After 55min passed from ordering and it still said 20 minutes to arrive and the courier hadnâ??t changed I contacted Skip again! They said it was estimated at arrived at 12:35! Almost an hour and a half after ordering, And even though that was actually over 20minutes, the time to receive still said 20minutes! Now, right as I finished this conversation with Skip, I got a call a call from the restaurant and they wanted to let me know that the food was ready, they were keeping it fresh and warm, but didnâ??t know where the delivery person was so wanted to recommend I contact Skip. And then they let me know when he had picked up the food. I really appreciated that they kept me in the loop, so I knew what was happening (which was a lot better than Skip did). It was still warm when I got it and tasted good.

Slim Chickens – Menu with Prices – 1517 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls

Was there and a regular customer, got cold food asked for hot food and manager on duty was not nice about it. He got me hot food but wasn’t the amount of chicken I ordered. He said here you go . Never apologized or checked back during our visit so I couldn’t even ask about chicken amounts and the impression I got was don’t bother to talk to me. Filled out survey and asked to be contacted and have never been contacted. Bad day at slims because others around us had orders messed up as well, but they got apologies and more new food. Was a great place when it first opened however it’s not the same service or hot food and chicken is way smaller. Will think twice before going back again. They seem to not like customers now.

The Port of Peri Peri Menu with Prices 5005 S Cooper St Ste 163, Arlington

Food: 2/5 – It was actually cold/lukewarm, probably someone else’s meal that was given to me. The sauce is the only thing that gets this category points Decor: 3/5 – decent setup on the inside Customer Service @ Business: 2/5 Customer Service over the phone: 0/5 Would I go back again? Absolutely not. Details below~~~ Went here because they’ve been open for about a month now and wanted to see what all the hype was about with their fire-grilled chicken. Only one other customer was in the restaurant and when I arrived at the register, I noticed that there was no menu available on the wall. Not a big deal, they’re new, they have three-fold paper menus for you to peruse and choose your food from. Cashier didn’t bother explaining the menu or the kind of food options that they had to order. I asked, “what’s the best chicken here?” and was told that, “the I ordered the 1/4 Chicken Breast and Wing with Lemon Herb seasoning and a side of hummus. I asked the cashier how long it would take and he promptly told me 10 minutes. Not a big deal, I thought, since the chicken is supposed to be delicious and fire-grilled, I figured it would be made-to-order. I let him know that’s fine and I would wait. I walked past the cashier area to the silverware/sauce area and asked the cashier if I could get one of the sauces that’s in the refrigerator on the side. He said that they would put the sauce in and that my order was ready. I asked, “Are you sure it’s ready? You said it would be (10) and it’s only been (2) minutes.” He said, “yeah, here you go!” i thought, what a pleasant surprise, I didn’t have to wait the 10 minutes and I got everything I wanted. I grabbed the food and when I got home, I found out that the hummus that I had ordered was not in the bag. So what did I do? I called the number on the receipt. BIG MISTAKE. The number on the receipt rings to a guy who didn’t identify himself, probably the owner, who when I explained the above to him asked, “No no, this is wrong.” I said, “yeah, it’s wrong, I don’t have my hummus, i’m not sure what to do.” He asked, “was the White Woman there?” I said, “dude, I was there for (2) minutes, i’m not sure who all was there but I only saw (2) people.” He asked me who I saw and I explained that there was only a cashier and the cook in the back that I saw, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t more people there. His solution to all of this, the OWNER having his PERSONAL CELL PHONE listed on the receipt and not getting the hummus was, “okay go back and we will give you your hummus or come back another day.” I explained to him that his staff didn’t give me the food I ordered, the manager was likely not there, and whoever set up his business has his personal cell on the first (900) receipts and his solution to just give me the hummus I ordered didn’t make any sense. He asked me what I thought made sense, I explained that “fixing the issue with his personal cell being handed out to all of his customers and the operational issues that I would be happy with two free meals,” roughly $12 retail, probably $4 cost. He said, that I was being unreasonable and that he would not do that. I told him that it’s pretty ducking unreasonable for someone to not give me what I ordered, then I have to explain to the business owner what the heck is going on in his business and help him resolve issues that he has already PAID people to solve for him and I’m asking for (2) meals is pretty unreasonable for him. He told me that he doesn’t need my business and I hung up on him.

24 Hot Chicken & Waffle Bar – Nashville Hot Chicken Full Bar – Menu with Prices – 1885 Dallas Pkwy, Plano

Run away, run very far away! My fiancée and I always joke and call this location death row because every restaurant that open in this spot always fails. However this place seemed like a good concept and maybe things would turn around… We first enter and there are two groups in front of us, so it takes about 15 mins for us to get to order. We got the Sanday sandwich, the slider, Mac and cheese, fries, and two of their $1 craft beers. The cashier for some reason kept us waiting to take our order, then proceeded to take our order from our side of the counter, I thought hmm this is weird but whatever. There was also only two people working…even wingstop has more but I guess they know more about running a chicken business. The cashier told us the only craft beers we could choose from where an IPA and a cider. We chose the cider from the cooler since the cooler was looking low on the types of beers they had and we sat down. Roughly 10 mins later the cashier brings us two beers. We are confused because she never said anything about delivering the beers and we thought we already had gotten our ciders. She told us that those ciders were the wrong ones and she would have to charge us more. Ok again she never communicated that to us, but I’ll pay for the drinks that we got. The wait for the food is at least 25+ mins, ours however took longer. The cook actually skipped us and the people in front of us and served the people that ordered after us first. The cook then serves the couple in front of us, but our order is no where to be seen. The cashier realized the mistake and begins to start making our order 25…minutes…after…we should have been eating. Now instead of bringing out our whole order together they decide to then bring out only half the order and the cashier then says she is still going to charge us for the incorrect ciders! My fiancée kindly pointed out that the cashier never said that she was actually going to bring out the beers and that also our order had been skipped and no apology was given. The cashier said that it was the cooks fault and not her fault, really great customer service right there. Finally on to the food. If you know anything about cooking chicken you can’t rush it to cook faster, but the cook seemed to have pulled my chicken out sooner that it should have been. As soon as I got close to the middle of the sandwich my chicken wasn’t as hot as the first couple of bites and was really squishy signaling that it wasn’t cooked all the way. I stopped eating it and was just in awe on how this place was still in business. The sauce on the chicken was ok, the Mac and cheese is so dry since it is just sitting uncovered waiting to be served. The best part was the fries and the raising canes type sauce that they had. The waffle on the slider fell apart and my sandwich was a complete mess. So to sum it up if you want bad service, possible food poisoning, long order times and also long wait times to receive your food then go here, but if not…….then you are better off going to Whistle Britches at the mall or the other location on Frankford and Preston. Hell even Torchy’s Tacos does a better chicken and waffle taco.

Seasoning 63 – Menu with Prices – 2513 Old 63 S #103, Columbia

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.
