If you come to take pics for the gram and aren’t into coffee, then come. The pink concept is well shown through out the store and with out a doubt is super cute! The have a really nice flower wall that’s great for pictures. On the other hand: If you’re a coffee person, this is really only for the aesthetics. The coffee options weren’t great and I would’ve thought they would have like a ‘pink’ themed signature coffee or something but it was just basic choices. They did have a wide selection of desserts that weren’t displayed in the front so I had no idea until I went to see the famous flower wall, and some where the line starts (we got a brownie along w some ice cream) When I walked in, there was a girl who I smiled at and said hello to, and in return she looked at me, turned the other way and walked to the back, didn’t see her for the rest of my time here. The other guy who was there didn’t notice it was our first time and just stared impatiently at us as we looked through the menu. When my friend ordered he made a smart comment about the coffee but whatever, maybe it wasn’t a good day at the pink cafe. Overall it was cute to look at but the service was eh, and the coffee nothing crazy, ice cream was alright, but the desserts were pretty good.

Christophe’s Macaron et Chocolat – Menu with Prices – 1901 Ashley River Rd #2a, Charleston

My husband and I found this place by accident. We walked in and saw so many tastes desserts to choose from. They had single chocolates, regular desserts, and prepackaged desserts. They also serve dessert drinks like hot chocolate or coffee. We got the apple pastry and the chocolate Raspberry mousse. Both are very large and we could get desserts for two nights eating them. All of the desserts are made in this location. They have a window set up so you can watch them make the desserts during the day. The guy hand PAINTS the truffles with an airbrush style. I could not believe it. They looked like they were in a covering, but no it was just the chocolate. They have no indoor seating and a few tables outside to sit at. However, it was chilly so we didn’t sit outside. I am sure we will go back as a cute date when it is warmer. I am so glad we found this place.

Glacier Homemade Ice Cream – Menu with Prices – 3133 28th St, Boulder

There are lots of flavors of ice cream, sorbet and gelato. There are also some other ice cream treats available, although we didnt notice them until we had already ordered. My medium (in a cup) was about $4.50. The quality is good and the quantity is fair for the price. I ordered 2 different peanut butter flavors and they were great. The young staff was attentive and friendly. They were patient when I wanted to sample a couple flavors. I would definitely return.

Slice Cake Shop – Menu with Prices – 4814 Paredes Line Rd, Brownsville

Cute little bake shop that’s been around Brownsville for a few years but recently moved to this location in September. They specialize in cupcakes, but they also do custom cakes with the various cupcake flavors that they have available (customer’s choice). One cupcake is $2.50, but you can get six for $12. The shop is still in its early phase; they are very pink but have a cute little bench/decorated wall made for people who want pictures with their cupcakes. The owner said she will be adding more seating/tables and coffee soon. I really enjoyed speaking with the owner; she is very nice and helpful and does great customer service. As for cupcakes, I got their best-selling one: Strawberry Cheesecake cupcake: Delicious! The cupcake is moist without being crumbly everywhere, and the frosting is a cream cheese frosting that gives it that cheesecake taste. It’s a little on the sweet side, but if you eat it with some milk, then its fantastic.

Classic Cake Bakery & Cafe – Menu with Prices – Suburban Station, One Penn Center, 1617 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia

This place is so cute and they have an array of items that are reasonable priced. The first time I came here I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich- the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant it was actually very delicious so I knew I had to stop back in for desserts. I hate to do this in this review because the place is kept so nice and clean and the staff is just delightful, they are always so nice and welcoming but the desserts here were not good. I ordered the tiramisu slice and it tasted old and it was extremely dry I probably would never get it again. Next was my latte. The bonus is they had oatly oat milk as a dairy substitution which I was extremely impressed with and the latte had a great coffee to foam ratio but the coffee tasted a bit burnt I have to be honest. I really just expected more from this cafe when it came to desserts and coffee. I am definitely willing to give them another try just because they are so nice. Maybe I’ll try the desserts in the morning time when they may be fresher.

321 Coffee – Farmers Market – Menu with Prices – Market Shops Slot 48, 1202 Agriculture St, Raleigh

What a fantastic find! This cute little coffee shop is at the end of the 1st building at the farmer’s market. I am stealing the next part from their website: They operate as a non-profit and are staffed with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We were greeted immediately and ordered a French vanilla coffee. The young man was very pleasant and smiled. There were, what appeared to be, volunteers helping with the transactions, but not over-bearing to those that were working. This was a great teaching environment. What a simple and spectacular concept!

Downbeat Coffee + Tea – Menu with Prices – 1200 W 39th St #2, Kansas City

We came here for the wife as she needed her coffee fix for the day. We walked by the place as we thought it was a house. Thank god I remembered in these pictures that the place was a old house or office but turned into a coffee shop. When you get to the shop, you need to walk upstairs. Then when you enter the front door, walk more stairs to the top floor. There you will be in for the coffee shop. We met the owner, she was a very hippy kinda person, sweet, nice and welcoming. She also had a year old puppy who was so cute and sweet and wanted you to just play with her. My wife ordered a cold coffee as I played with nelly. The inside of the shop is very colorful and cute. We would of stayed longer but the shop was closing soon and we didn’t want to be those people. We spoke for a bit with the owner as she gave some tips of where to go to. We would come back if we came back to Kansas City.

Local Coffee – Menu with Prices – 4115 Pond hill Ln Suite 101, San Antonio

I am not sure WHY I have seen people say things that weren’t the best about this company because I will tell you as a person who is critical about the coffee I drink….this place gets high marks in my book. First let say….the cashier I met was SO kind and courteous. She was helpful as I explained this was my first visit. She guided me towards a her menu and explained in great detail what the different coffee tasted like. I also LOVED the fact that they sell their brand of coffee which I took great advantage of. Now to be honest….I told her I wanted to taste a coffee that was strong enough to put hair on your chest and she did deliver….BUT I think I wasn’t quite ready because it was a big strong and I had to cream it down and add sugar BUT once I got it to the place I needed it to be it was REALLY good! I decided to enjoy some at home and it was tasty. Very cute atmosphere There were people in the back on computers and hey what do you expect its a coffee house lol…I didnt feel uncomfortable. It was just the place to REALLY enjoy San Antonio so drop by you want be disappointed!

Hummingbird Macarons and Desserts – Menu with Prices – 265 W Tazewell St, Norfolk

Hummingbird Macarons & Desserts is lovely place for desserts. The location used to be at a cute shop on Botetourt Street. Now it is located at the Pagoda near the Nauticus Museum. The environment is very calm and spacious. I got to enjoy having a pot of tea and various desserts each time I visit. Viewing the garden while eating sweets can be very relaxing. It is the perfect location for a photoshoot because you have access to sweets for breaks. Also, a great location for a date or just to relax. The macarons are delicious and cute. There are plenty of flavors to try. The crust of the cookie is crispy and soft. It’s has a good ratio of the filling to the cookie. After taking a bite, it is a bit chewy but not too chewy. It has a fluff kind of texture and it does not crumble apart. The flavors are very unique to try especially since they all have different fillings. During the summer time, they have Macarons Ice Cream Sandwiches. The ratio of ice cream to cookie is about 3 times as thick, and it is delicious. There are other kinds of desserts to try such as their red velvet cake, salted caramel crumble, apple crumble tart, various cakes, and etc. I enjoyed their red velvet cake and lemon tart. They also offer tea, mimosa, and coffee. They have a huge selection of teas to choose from. Always go for a pot of tea if you plan to stay there for a while. Every visit is always an enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming you back. There is a reward system, which I always forget when I visit. For every visit when you spend $10 or more, you get a star. I don’t know how many stars to build up, but they did mention a discount after building enough. Now that the location is at the Pagoda, there is more room to bring friend and share the desserts. I highly recommend coming here to relax and enjoy a cup of tea with lovely macarons and desserts, Always something new to try out.

Miette et Chocolat Menu with Prices 2501 Dallas St Suite 176, Aurora

This cute little shop is located inside of Stanley Market and was one of the first places I stopped by when I landed. There was a decent sized parking lot, but it was pretty full. After a little driving around, we parked on the side of the street and walked in. Miette is down the same hall as the donut shop and sushi restaurant, right next to the BBQ place. They offer some impressive looking desserts and bon bons, though they are pricey. (Desserts $5-10, BonBons almost $3.00 each) Passionfruit Bon Bon: 4/5 I’ve had some fancy looking bon bons in the past that have been pretty unimpressive. I really appreciated Miette et Chocolat’s bonbon because of its very thin shell, the quality of their semi-sweet/dark chocolate, and the beautiful snap/crunch of the shell when I bit into the bonbon. These three qualities were proof that these bonbons were well worth their price tag. The passionfruit filling was very flavorful and the ONLY complaint I have is that it seems the filling had a thin layer of crystallization on top which didnt ruin the tasting experience, but was certainly not my favorite. Eclair: 4.5/5 This eclair was not your basic cream filled eclair. The choux had a layer of craquelin on top which gave the eclair a lovely texture. It also helped preserve the eclair so that even if the choux got a little soggy from the filling, the craquelin kept the eclair crisp. There were also crunchy pearls, a strip of, again, great quality, well tempered chocolate that gave a really satisfying snap when you bit into it, and a tiny, cute little macaron. Overall, this was a tasty dessert, but too rich for me to have in one sitting. In fact, I had this eclair over several days (a few bites with my tea in the evening) and it was nice. This dessert was well though out and balanced and was certainly worth the price.

Satori Ramen Bar – Menu with Prices – 59 Spruce St, Columbus

I have 1 word….AMAZING!!!! I arrived at north market at 11am since that’s when most places serving lunch open and I figured it wouldn’t be too busy at that time. I was wrong. I walked down to Satori only to see the chairs still flipped and some workers behind the counter. A sign was posted they wouldn’t open until 11:30 so my wait began. Luckily it was a Saturday so the farmers market was on so I grabbed some staufs coffee and walked around for bit only to return to about 15 people in line. I joined them. The clock hit 11:30 but they werent quite ready, it was more like 11:40 when the 1st order was taken. I finally ordered and grabbed a seat. The staff was hustling and trying their hardest and that’s what I like to see. I didnt mind the wait knowing that this place is new, and obviously still working out some kinks. For example there was 3 orders that came after mine, the same meal I ordered, yet somehow they got theirs 1st. It seems the tickets were getting out of order, a simple kink that hopefully gets resolved…..on to the food. As mentioned they just opened, the line was long, demand is high. I havent seen a line this long in a while. Currently only half the menu is available, I’m not sure why, but I definitely will be back to try the other items. On today’s visit I did the Paitan Chicken ramen and the gyoza. Both were outstanding. The gyoza are fried potstickers, the filling is probably one of the best I’ve had. I could eat 3 or 4 orders of those. The ramen was equally as amazing. Probably the best broth ever! The noodles were fresh, you can tell they make them daily and cooked to perfection. I loved my entire meal. You can tell this place will be a huge success once they work out the kinks and are able to meet the demand. I overheard that they were already out of something within 15 minutes……if you decide to go go early. I think there will always be a line before they open.

Cafe Makario – Menu with Prices – 2625 Colby Ave suite 2C, Everett

Exceeded my coffee shop experience! Small, dark, very well decorated, it was definitely worth a visit. Experience is even better when you have your two best friends with you! The owner was very meticulous about making cup taste to your expectation and looking beautiful! We ordered the flower latte, peppermint mocha, einspanner and a small order of waffles. The drinks were so dreamy! It was the perfect level of sweetness. The chocolate shavings on the einspanner is to die for! As for the flower latte, it was definitely a different order for me. It was my first time trying a flower latte, but I would definitely order it again. If you prefer a sweeter drink, I would suggest the peppermint mocha or einspanner because with you can definitely taste the espresso in the flower latte vs the sweetness, which I personally enjoy more!

Foundation Room Anaheim Menu with Prices 400 W. Disney Way Suite 337, Anaheim

The vibe here is cool. The decor is really interesting and I really thought it looked great. I went to have a seat at the bar but none were available as there were only 4 bar stools at the entire bar which seemed odd (it was the only thing that looked odd for the decor). Anyhow, because no seats were left at the bar, I chose a seat on the sofa which I think turned out to be great for the pictures…check them out and decide for yourself. So I sit down and the place was not busy at all so I cannot explain the long wait to be acknowledged for about 15 mins. 15 mins seems long anywhere, but maybe even more odd in a VIP lounge type setting. Once the bartender finally came by, he smiled nicely and took the order…but that’s where the almost good service ended and the next wait began. It was very odd to have such long waits for drinks and food and even have to ask then wait again for the check while the staff chats. Johnny Cardinale was very good! Mitchell Schaffer sounded very cool. The food was good. The overall experience was nice. Hopefully the staff can get some customer service training before I return. It seems like a cool place.
