Is there new owners or something? My last experience here was just excellent, but man this time was completely different. I guess me and my brother were bugging them ordering our food. The man working couldnt have been more condescending and the women couldnt wait to get to the back. I didn’t even order any food for myself or my son because my wifes order irritated them enough so I said screw it. My brothers wet burrito came out dry and he couldnt really saying about it because they rushed off as soon he paid. Two people were in there when we showed up so it was definitely not busy. Idk what their problems were but it was more then enough for me and my brother to never ever eat at this restaurant again. Also to the women worker, when you roll your eyes try looking away so the customer cant constantly see you doing. Just fyi for the next guy…

Herb N’ Legend Smoke Shop – Menu with Prices – 1920 N Zaragoza Rd #104, El Paso

Showed up after work at 6 pm.store said closed for 15 minutes..I watched 5 cars pull in and leave.3 more cars showed up and waited with me.25%off coupon popped up on Yelp check in….girl working said we don’t accept those…I showed her the address which was correct on the coupon..she shrugged her shoulders and said they no longer redeem them…waited for her to assist two more customers….I show her a vape pen to see if their cartridges will fit…lady says I don’t know if this will fit what you are holding…35 min later…gave up and left with no purchase…dissapointed the worker was not knowledgeable of the merchandise she was selling to consumers…will visit vapelocity next…I’m sure they will know what size is what that they sell to their customers…btw a second worker was there blowing glass while customers waited to be assisted by only one other person..woulda been nice if customers were priority..must not need my business so I will take it elsewhere…

Umi Kitchen and Sushi Bar – Menu with Prices – 1309 W Summit Pkwy, Spokane

Showed up during the dinner rush with a reservation and we were instantly shown to the only empty table in the restaurant, no waiting as has been the case with other places I have made reservations. As others have said the service was a little slow at first, and the amount of noise along with the close proximity of tables made a soft spoken conversation between me and my party all but impossible. Once our order was taken the service was great and consistent, and our first rolls of sushi showed up within 5 minutes of ordering. The fish was fantastic, each roll I tried had a unique flair and their sashimi and nigiri “chefs choice” combo was an awesome selection of fish, not just all the cheap cuts as I have seen at other restaurants. My only real complaint is that it wasn’t entirely clear looking at the menu what was and wasn’t spicy, and I accidentally ordered a roll that was much too hot for me. If you have a medical condition that requires you not eat anything spicy make sure you ask before you order!

Cowboys Roadhouse – Menu with Prices – 1034 Elizabeth Rd, Winnipeg

okay i was here for the throwback night end of march. the bouncers and security were extremely negligent. the line formed into a mob so tightly packed that i couldnt breath and couldnt get out to leave the premises even if i wanted to, which i did. At a certain point my arm got trapped between the gaggle of people, and when i tried to get it back it resulted in my wristlet (containing my cards, money, and ID) getting torn off my wrist with the zipper broken off. i was seperated from my friends at this point so i was on my own. i couldnt even bend down to try to find my bag since it was so tightly packed. i yelled for the security guard to do something, to break it up, and he said “theres nothing i can do” which is super not true. luckily once i was finally shoved inside i found my bag had been kicked to the entrance with my things all inside. my whole body is sore from being squished at all angles, my friend has bruises up her wrist from the mob. i feel that this was negligent of the club. if i could give it 0 stars i would. one of the worst experiences ive had.

Just Beclaws – Menu with Prices – 860 Broad St, Newark

Just Beclaws is a seafood restaurant located on busy Broad street in Newark. Parking in front of the restaurant on Broad Street is darn near impossible however, depending on the time of day, you may choose to pay for a parking lot spot or look for a metered one which could be quite a distance away. Once inside the establishment, I noticed a bar (not up and running as of yet. They are waiting for approval of their liquor license). The staff says you can BYOB in the meantime. The restaurant appeared clean yet busy. There were quite a few customers sitting and eating at tables. They took my order fairly quickly for takeout. The food was prepared and ready to go in 15-20 min. I ordered a lobster roll. The lobster roll consisted of cheap lobster parts like the claws and other bits of lobster all stuffed on a white roll. My first thought after realizing the lobster had the cheap parts stuffed in it, was that the (bread) roll should have been toasted. The food didn’t have a lot of flavor to it thus I was a bit disappointed. I also ordered the banana pudding. It was very sweet and tasted like there may have been a hint of cream cheese in it – a secret ingredient )no longer quite secret) now used in banana pudding at every soul food restaurant. All in all my experience at Just Beclaws was mediocre. There are several, SEVERAL seafood competitors within the area so I’m not quite sure if I plan to come back.

Tsunami Sushi & Hibachi – Menu with Prices – 114 N Tennessee Ave #101, Lakeland

I’d have to say over all this place is just ok. The soup that all our meals came with was the miso soup and no one at our table liked it, no one ate it. The ginger salad it dame with was good though. The crab Rangoon was AMAZING one of the best I’ve ever had. You could actually taste the sweet crab in it and not just a bunch of cream cheese. The dumplings were good as well, nothing special but we all liked them. I ordered the sushi number 2 lunch combo that came with the scorpion roll and Florida roll, they were good but not my fav only because I do not like the rolls with fried stuff, I’d prefer raw sushi. Also it said it had cream cheese in the scorpion roll but there was barley any in like 2 of the rolls and the rest had none. My con worker got the Maki lunch combo which came with a phili roll and tempura roll. The seaweed in the Phili roll was very chewy but had a great amount of cream cheese. The tempura roll was fried and it was my friends favorite of all but she still didn’t love it. The ramen was absolutely awful. It literally tasted like pork, veggies and noodles in water. It had NO flavor. My friend and I literally did not eat it. I told the waitress once and she said she would let them know in the back, when she came back to the table to ask about checks she said who’s check is the ramen going on. I asked her did you let them know in the back the ramen was awful and she said I’ll do that now. She came back with a man that had an attitude because we didn’t like it and tried to argue with me saying I’ve never had the miso broth before because they all taste like water… not true. We finally got them to take it off the bill. One more thing, my other co worker ordered a shrimp tempura roll but received a crab tempura roll. When she asked about what was in it the waitress said shredded shrimp lol. I said there is no way that is shrimp, it is red and white. It then took about 20 mins to get her correct roll.

The Singing Chef – Menu with Prices – 1442 Fanshawe Park Rd W, London

My brother treated me to brunch on Saturday, and he gave me the choice of choosing where to go. I chose the Singing Chef since the menu seems delicious! Once we arrived (noon on Saturday), we waited for around 15 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was super busy, and very loud which I don’t like. It was so loud that when my waitress came around, we had difficulty hearing each other. Our waitress was super nice, but once our food arrived, she just disappeared. I wanted more water but she never came back. The food is reasonably priced and it came out quickly, especially since the restaurant was so busy. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Waffles and they were delicious! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, and I would return sometime soon to try out more items on the menu. But maybe I’ll go during a less busy time.

Two Brothers Pizza – Menu with Prices – 5125 Jonestown Rd #157, Harrisburg

I was there 2 weeks ago and got home to find a hair in my food. Then, last week and ordered a cheesesteak with marinara sauce. I got home to a steak sub with no sauce or cheese & it was extremely dry. I decided to try again. I called to place an order and wanted the same thing. I couldnt understand the person who answered the phone and needed him to repeat himself multiple times when I finally was able to make out that he said you cant make a cheesesteak with marinara sauce. I tried to ask a question but couldnt understand him. I give up after 3 bad experiences in a row. I hope others have better experiences than I did. Its a shame because Ive heard good things.

Schreiner’s Fine Sausages – Menu with Prices – 3417 Ocean View Blvd, Glendale

Well Wally T you got some problems here! The positive here is the meat counter. Great, friendly help. Zero problems there. Also they supply the brats, etc. for the small town’s Octoberfest event. They are always delish! The BIG negatives here happen to come from sandwich shop side of the house in the back. To point out the sandwiches are pretty low priced. But there’s a catch. There is HARDLY gets any meat provided. Then no options for lettuce, tomato no nothing. They even charge for extra pickles. Wow. But that’s not even the bad part here. The somewhat elderly women line preps remind me of sadly of episodes of the “Soup Nazi” to a tee! They are unbelievable! The last 3 times in nearly the same experience. You order from typically a younger woman with the exact instructions for your sandwich, which is on right on the receipt. That’s then turned over to these “ladies” to be made. One can see them looking at the receipt over and over again so the instructions are right there. Not only are they slowest on the planet for making basic turkey on a roll but it’s surprisingly never right!! You’re then given this complete attitude trip for pointing it out and requested it being fixed. They immediately offer “oh that’s the way it comes”. No the sandwiches are made to order dummy. So a BIG ruckus ensues to even try to get it corrected. This v. “oh I’m sorry let me correct that as you ordered it.” Whatever happened to the customer possibly being right there??? On the last time around I was fed up and with that attitude trip and requested my money back. That turned into just as big ordeal with the young woman repeatedly saying “oh she can remake it.” No that’s too late now she refused and I’ve lost my appetite. It’s often best now to do as requested! Then every time I request to speak to a manager/owner he/she’s not in! So sadly I’ve decided to stick to the meat counter and now nothing more for the place!

Nick Newton’s and Spinelli’s – Menu with Prices – 211 W Main St, Murfreesboro

Yesterday, I was on the square for a worship night that the Experience church put on. We decided to go to Spinelli’s before hand for dinner at 5:30. I will be fair and acknowledge that they were busy, however we waited an hour with out even being greeted by a server at our table. My friend’s brother finally flagged down a server and she said “we are busy, I’ll get to you when I can.” Half an hour later, we asked for a manager. The manager said “We are busy, but I want y’all to be happy, so you’ll get your meal for free.” We finally, after an hour and a half, got our drinks and put our order in. ANOTHER hour and a half later (3 hours waiting, at this point) some of our party’s food was served. 3 of us were not served. They told my friend’s brother “They have not even started on your Stromboli, do you even want it?” He asked them to just bring him something else that was already cooked. I asked, “What about my pizza?” She said “I don’t know, I’ll go check.” She came back with a piece of pizza for my friend’s brother, and once again I asked about mine and she said “I’ll check on it.” I finally got my pizza at 8:45 (3 hours and 15 min later) and it was wrong. I just had to laugh about it. The server came back to us and told us she quits because the manager yelled at her. Last night was a hot mess. I hope they get better because covering the cost of our meal doesn’t make up for the fact that we missed the event we were there for. I’ve never had such horrible service in my life. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we knew with the event, we would have to wait other places too and we kept thinking surely, after this long, our food is coming.

Royal Cliff Banquet & Conference Center – Menu with Prices – 2280 Cliff Rd, St Paul

We came here for our co-worker’s wedding reception. First of all, it was hidden behind the shops so cannot be seen from the street. Next, the conference center is adjacent to the restaurant so you figure it can’t be all bad. Anyways, we found it after backtracking and got a parking spot which can be tight if neighboring restaurant is busy. Anyways, we didn’t expect much but it had a decent sized private dining room. It also had a private bar to get drinks which was nice. The food was actually pretty good and can’t complain. Everyone enjoyed the reception and the conference center was nice to provide toiletries in the bathroom. There were some extras thrown in with the microphones and the hosts at the front. Overall, it was a better than expected reception. Our co-worker shopped around and found this one so it must have been a reasonable price. Plus, they allowed her to do some decorating beforehand so could save on floral design and table decorations.

Frank’s Tacos – Menu with Prices – 902 E Washington Ave, Santa Ana

How should I start this… Well our original taco caterer had canceled on us last minute (more upsetting was the run around). We found Franks Taco’s on yelp in the Fullerton area. Figuring it would have been more convenient to hire someone local to the area where we were having our baby shower. Franks responded quickly and was super professional in his answers to my questions on types of meats he would be providing. Also drinks and condiments. Thank you Chu-chu this dude saved us from our baby shower. Skip;;;;;;to food Frank and his brother/cousin? showed up on time and was able to accommdate 50+ . Its when him and his brother/cousin started cooking. Man we smelled everything from from meat grilling and onions burning. This guy lured me and the guys from the kitchen to come out and eat. My wife totally loved the professionalism and food they put out. They not only worked under pressure but they literally provided GREAT and amazing food. They also offered a vegetarian dish for my pops who is a vegan! Thanks Frank and brother/cousin??!! lol my bad Keeping you guys in mind for future events THANK YOU again!

XenGo Fusion Kitchen & Sushi – Menu with Prices – 3162 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta

I have eaten here for lunch 3 separate times now. I’ve taken clients twice and eaten with a co-worker once. I have gotten the same order each time and It has not disappointed me nor have any of my guests been unhappy with their service. (I got the Drunken Tiger Roll and Batman Roll with a side of Hot & Sour Soup). I have eaten sushi all over the world and this is not the worlds greatest by any means but it is a solid consistent product in my experience these past three lunches. I will agree with the note that the front desk girls are pretty terrible and have no clue what is going on. They should consider getting rid of one or two of the hostesses. I did notice that they had a hiring sign up on the door all three times I’ve been in the place. Maybe if they were able to properly staff the front and their wait staff some of these 1-star reviews wouldn’t be here… just a thought. P.S. Just a pet peeve of mine here: Don’t judge a restaurant 1 star because they forgot your peanut sauce on a to-go order when you just mentioned you had a fine dinner there. You’re judging the RESTAURANT and DINING EXPERIENCE so others can evaluate if they want to go, not the small mistake your server made that you should’ve checked before you left… It’s not fair to the restaurant or other yelpers.
