2 of 5 stars. It was freezing in this location our serve was very nice young lady she said would turn it down. Our tables were so close to other tables as well you could hear clearly other customers conversations. Here is where I got upset I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild and my husband got Kickinâ?? Spicy. I couldnâ??t eat my food anymore… It tasted exactly the same I didnâ??t even want to say anything to the server we had a completely different server toward the end of our dinner. I donâ??t know what happened but the place just seem very unorganized. The sink was filthy also the womanâ??s restroom smell terrible I could barely stand it. The reason why I give two stars because the customer service was very good she did speak very fast but did apologize about the food. They were so busy I didnâ??t bother to tell her about before we got our ticket to pay out because it said on there that I got Kickinâ?? Extra Mild so there must have been a misunderstanding in the kitchen.. The music was also very loud and also not very appropriate for kids. So I most likely will not be coming back.

Urban Axes Durham – Menu with Prices – 619 Foster St, Durham

I had to travel for some times to get there and by the time I got there I really needed to use the restroom. I didnâ??t appreciate the front desk wouldn’t let me use the restroom until i signed the waiver and change my shoes. After I do all that, come to find out the restroom was right behind her. I also didnâ??t like they made axe throwing a competition as I prefer more of the freestyle but the crew I was with seemed to enjoy it, that is why Iâ??m not giving this place a 1 star.

Rumbi Island Grill – Menu with Prices – 5942 E Longbow Pkwy Suite 101, Mesa

So this is a little bit of a mixed review (and a little long) but Iâ??m going to give 5 stars because I think what happened is more and more rare in todayâ??s world. Weâ??ve been a couple of times and generally the food is pretty good, although a little pricey comparatively, and service is usually prompt. We got the burger once and for not being a burger place I was quite impressed with its quality (as well as the fries). So we placed an online order which was promptly ready at the specified time. The order was put together in the bag a little awkwardly (something I didnâ??t fully realize until after I made the 2 minute drive home) with one of the smaller entrees stacked in between to larger bowls so when set down became unstable and fell over, and somehow popping open an extra sauce we bought and got all over the bowls. Now this I just chocked up as my own loss since I didnâ??t care to secure the sauce, but as we opened the other entrees, something just seemed off with the order. One of the sauces in an entree bowl was barely full and the lid had been melted so it wasnâ??t even securely closed and may have been the issue with the other sauce that got everywhere. I also opened the burger it was extremely thin sliced compared to the last one we got, and extremely dry as well as the bun, which I donâ??t remember being oversized compared to the burger before. I ended up calling the restaurant because all these issues combined to be a pretty negative experience and let them know I wanted to issue a complaint. They were very quick to be helpful in addressing each issue and didnâ??t get defensive but were understanding to the feeling I had in desiring to express concern with the end result of what I just purchased. Without me even asking, they decided to go above and beyond in rectifying the issue at hand and I was very satisfied in the service and how they were solely focused on customer satisfaction vs justifying their mistake. So often companies try to make themselves look better and defend rather than just admitting wrong and trying to be better and the consumer ends up feeling like they lose twice. We all make mistakes and to expect to have a flawless experience every time and everywhere is just unreal, but the way they decided to handle it is the reason weâ??ll go back and the reason I give them 5 stars.

Diego’s Family Restaurant – Menu with Prices – 6736 E State Blvd, Fort Wayne

This is one occasion when zero stars wouldn’t be enough. Let’s see: 1. Terrible service – One server for a restaurant with about 10 separate parties in it. 2. Terrible service #2 – The server forgot drink refills REPEATEDLY. 3. Terrible service #3 – Another server came in and loudly complained about being called in early. Also made a number of loud and ill-tempered remarks about her day. There are other jobs available… 4. Manager fawned over some customers and completely ignored others. Guess which service I received? 5. Food was awful – I’d have gotten a better omelet from a truck stop restaurant. Probably in a developing world country. 6. No apology for the terrible service, bad food, or the fact that we had to wait for both. Seriously, if you guys don’t know how to run a restaurant, then find something else to do. Your current version of this place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to people if you were giving away food. Frankly, the food was the best part of this place and it sucked. I wish that I could give fewer than zero stars. Instead, I’ll leave this review and I’ll never go back.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 5885 N Market St, Shreveport

HORRIBLE! Iâ??d give negative stars if I could!!! Waited 10 minutes at the speaker to make my order just for her to walk away mid-order (Unknowingly to me til it was quiet for 5 MINUTES) She comes back 5 minutes later…had to start all over! Get to the window to pay, had to give my order again! Then manager comes up a few moments later. Guess what??? Had to give my order again! Then says itâ??ll be 12 minutes on the chicken. Thatâ??s fine…I pull up & wait. 12 minutes turned into 20! Manger brings my food out but before she does youâ??ll never guess….had to give my order AGAIN! Finally she hands me my food. NO drinks! I say, mmm can I get my drinks too?! She looks at me all confused and says ooooh, Iâ??ll have to go check with them inside. 5 minutes later, still NO drinks! So I throw it in drive and park. Go inside and say â??yeah can I finally get my coke and sprite they never gave me?!â? Ooooh weâ??re sorry maâ??am…..took em a few minutes just to hand em to me and they been sitting in the DRIVE THRU the WHOLE time!!!!! Soooo 15 minutes at the speaker just to make my order, 20 minutes to get my food, another 5-10 to get my drinks…and had to repeat my order a thousand times. Get home with my 4 year old…they gave him spicy tenders when I repeated mild a thousand times….and didnâ??t give me my extra sauces I paid for and repeated that a thousand times too. Actually, I didnâ??t get ANY sauces at ALL! Yep, TERRIBLE service! And I could of looked past all of it had they been busy, but I was the only person in the drive and there was ONE guy inside waiting â?â??? I had 2 peice meal, a kids tender meal, and an order of Cajun tots….45 minutes for that!!!!

Wings Empire – Menu with Prices – 263 E Orange Ave, Chula Vista

I ordered the wing combo with French Fries. Well I should have known something because my order was done to fast. The French fries were hard and not fresh. The wings were not fresh and over cooked barely with any sauce. The wings were obviously cooked in advance because there was no way that the wings could have been cooked that fast. They were very dark and not edible. I ordered the food to go so I didn’t realize it until I got home. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the girl that answered said the manager won’t be in until tomorrow. She didn’t bother to ask if she could help me with anything. The customer service here is terrible. The quality of the food here is awful. I’ll never visit this store again. This is not a real “Wings Empire.”

Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen & Udon ? Irvine – Menu with Prices – 6404 Irvine Blvd, Irvine

This is definitely the BEST and my favorite location for Shin-Sen Gumi branches. This is also the only location that I know of that specializes in Udon too! Food here is pretty tasty. I’m not a fan of Hakata style ramen personally, but the broth is good. I actually don’t come here for ramen. I LOVE the udon here. I’ve has the mentaiko udon before, the first time it was great. Second time, it was just too heavy and got boring quick. My more recent trip, I went with the katsu curry ramen, and that was great! What prompted me to write such a positive review, even tho I am not a big fan of SSG ramen, was Santos. He was one of the servers working the night I came in, and he wasn’t my server. I wish he was. Throughout our whole dinner there, you could hear the cheerfulness in his voice greeting every single customer coming into SSG, checked around tables not even in his station if they needed any refills etc, and was helpful to all of his coworkers. I was walking towards the restroom before leaving, Santos noticed, and walked towards the restroom to push back the curtain for me as I went to the restroom. The women’s restroom was blocked off and closed for cleaning, so I was going into the coed / unisex / co-ed restroom, and was surprised to see someone inside cleaning. Santos noticed, and asked if I could go into the other women’s restroom, since the other one was being cleaned. He apologized, and even offered to open the door for me to check and make sure it was empty first. Such a gentleman! Everyone working here is really friendly, and this is by far the best establishment of SSG I’ve ever been to because of their customer service. Food is consistent, and immaculately clean here. But Santos has definitely kept me as a customer for life. By far the BEST server I’ve ever met.

Joe’s Caribe – Menu with Prices – 6224 N 9th Ave Suite 3, Pensacola

Wouldâ??ve given 2 stars but the food is REALLY good. They just moved into the new building, so I tried to be understanding but the service was awful. Sat down, no one came to the table, so we got up and ordered at the counter. The food came fast. No one checked in on us, I said excuse me to a passing employee and she kept walking but maybe she didnâ??t hear me? We waited a while after finishing (clearly empty plates) and finally someone passed and we got their attention. Still took a bit after that, as he delivered more food first. Bottom line is they need a dedicated server; theres only 6 tables but they are busy and struggling to keep up. Food is great though.

Pavoli Pizza – Menu with Prices – 1677 Forum Pl, West Palm Beach

I wish I could give 0 stars for them. Terrible customer service. I called to make an order for margerita pizza which you can never go wrong with and the reason I ordered marguerita is to actually avoid any mistakes with the order I got sent a caprese pizza. They said thatâ??s their marguerita and I was asked if I actually red the menu. I said I just wanted cheese pizza. I was asked if I touched the pizza I asked yes 1 piece they said sorry then youâ??ll need to make another order. I said why were you gonna take it back ?! The lady said yes. When was that right ?! In any place they never take the wrong order.. and they never interrogate you about the order. Terrible customer service.. never ordering from them again.

Twistee Treat – Menu with Prices – 4945 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland

We come here often for their twisters which are great when they get the ingredients correct. We’ve had the Cubans and Philly sub. I would highly suggest going somewhere else for actual food. Cubans barely have any meat on them and well after tonight it seems that they put barely any meat on any of their sandwiches & they are pretty pricey for what they are. Service is not great at all. There has not been one time we’ve been there that we got good customer service. If they were to fix their customer service situation and actually give you a decent about of food for the money you’re paying this place would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, I do not see that happening.

Seasoning 63 – Menu with Prices – 2513 Old 63 S #103, Columbia

Good food. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Delivery sucks and their manager is a jerk. Called to complain after order was an hour late (an hour AFTER the initial time promised it would be here, Which was 1.5 hours after placing the order). Called the restaurant 3 times to get help on where the order was…â?he went wrong way.â? â??He is on the wayâ? etc etc etc every excuse in the book. Driver finally called â??Hi. Come out to get your food.â? Other than that being rude for having food delivered, he wasnâ??t even by our apartment. Still had to wait. Asked for a discount and he said he didnâ??t know if they did that. Told us to sign receipt but both said customer copy and had no signature line. I called the restaurant again to ask for a discount for being an hour late and the lady handed the phone to the manager. He kept giving excuses and saying we must have ordered from door dash, which we didnâ??t. We ordered directly from the restaurant. Then I asked for the owners name so I could talk to someone above him. He asked what discount I wanted and kept laughing at me. I pointed out how incredibly rude it was to laugh at an angry customer and he laughed again. Then when I asked for owners name and when he would be in, the manager â??gene?â? Said he didnâ??t know when Loo was going to be there. I asked for the lady that I first spoke to and he said he didnâ??t know her name (yet heâ??s the manager?). He finally told me he would refund me half of the order price and I said ok, but when I told him I was angry that he was laughing and didnâ??t handle the situation well, he said he canâ??t talk to me anymore and handed me back to the lady. She said she would refund full price and they hung up. What a trip with these people. Good food, but man, thereâ??s good food with good service at tons of other places. Go to other places.

Brown’s Southern Kitchen – Menu with Prices – 14253 Greenfield Rd, Detroit

I am a food critic… Lol…. I give them 5 stars & 10 thumbs up… I didnâ??t notice that they forgot to give me my cornbread until I came home, but the greens were so good I didnâ??t even care. Great Job Browns Kitchen ??

Donuts House – Menu with Prices – 5040 N Tarrant Pkwy #108, Fort Worth

I have gone here more times than I would like to count in the last year because it’s next to my business and very convenient. Never, not once, have I had a stale donut here. They are light and fluffy and the sausage rolls are always hot and fresh. Sometimes I go early morning and sometimes right before closing and quality is always consistent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am put off by the tip jar. I don’t mind tipping for above and beyond service and while the service is always fast, it’s not overly friendly like other donut stores and unlike other donut stores, then NEVER give away free donut holes. This is the only donut place I’ve ever been to (besides KK) that doesn’t throw in an extra goodie for a regular customer. Maybe I’d place a tip in the jar if I got that kind of service. LOVE the donuts though!
