I have been going to Bon Ton Doughnuts since I was a little kid. While I have grown up and lived other places, bon ton is still my favorite doughnut shop. My go-to’s are the chocolate cake sprinkle and a dozen donut holes but everything is pretty good. Definitely get a kolache if you love them and try the frosted sprinkle donut holes if you want something different. ?

Q Donut & Kolaches – Menu with Prices – 7750 Moffett Rd #102, Mobile

This is part of the Lickin’ Good family but they’re open until 2pm. Great donuts, Kolaches, and breakfast sandwiches. Check them out for a sweet treat. The doughnuts are fantastic, light not greasy or too cakey. You can’t go wrong with any of them. The glaze is a favorite. The apple fritter, see the pic, is so very good. It’s moist, Full of apples and fried to a delicious crisp and it’s huge. If I can’t decide, I get the donut holes, light airy with just enough icing and there is a generous amount in the bag. This is my go to doughnut shop. And if I was here for breakfast, I’d add that incredible boudin Kolache. The bread on that Kolache is better than a croissant and with boudin, it a must. Check them out.

Best donuts & breakfast – Menu with Prices – 8004 Indiana Ave A2, Lubbock

I found the donuts to be really good but not amazing. If I was rating just on the donuts I would give a solid 3-4 star rating. I’m giving 5 star because my in-store experience was better than I’ve had at any other donut shop in Lubbock/Wolfforth. The shop was clean and smelled fresh. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and felt very comfortable the whole time – never rushed. I ordered two dozen assorted donuts and a bacon wrapped kolache. The employee (or owner, I’m not sure) who checked me out even put extra (probably 10-12) donut holes all around on the inside of one of the boxes of dozen donuts free of charge! I should have taken a picture – I was blown away that she would do that. They tasted great and made the dozen donuts look more visually appealing when the box was opened. The bacon wrapped kolache was amazing – definitely hit the spot. I’ll be a repeat customer.

Donut Palace – Menu with Prices – 3300 Western Center Blvd #104, Fort Worth

Donut and kolache shop right by Ace Hardware. Inexpensive and gets the craving satisfied. We paid $10 for two glazed, two chocolate donuts, one ham and cheese croissant, and one Jalepeno pig kolache. I enjoyed the plain glazed donut the most after I microwaved it for 10 seconds. If they had been just out of the fryer, I bet it would have been even better. The chocolate donut was meh. I wouldn’t recommend it unless your kid is insisting. The jalepeno pig kolache was very good. The jalepeno certainly came through. I’m giving three stars because I wasn’t blown away at the taste of the donuts and kolaches, but I would return since it is so close to where I live and is reasonably priced.

Rainbow Donuts – Menu with Prices – 2441 W Walnut St # 235, Garland

This place does not have a counter filled with doughnuts by the time i get there which is around 10:30 am but they 99 percent of the time have my doughnut holes that i love from here. Today they had a lot of pretty decorated doughnuts. They also have Breakfast croissant sandwiches with egg and cheese and ham or sausage and egg they also have sausage rolls. They have fresh coffee and carry juices and cartons of milk. They have a few tables to sit and eat. There is no outside seating. The people there are very friendly and they get to know your order after awhile and immediately get it ready without me saying a word. I guess that tells you i go there alot! I love this place because the freshness is consistent.Oh and the prices are reasonable, for a dozen doughnut holes it costs 1.40. Today i got 6 glazed doughnut holes, 4 decorated doughnuts holes and 4 mini cinnamon rolls it cost me 2.08, not bad at all!

Mary Ann Donut Kitchen Menu with Prices 1601 Liberty St, Allentown

Mary Ann Donut is the best! I got married in May & I’m not much of a cake person so I had doughnuts for my big day. I heard great things about this place and knew we had to try them. My husband and I went one Saturday morning got two doughnuts and coffee. The doughnuts were incredible and I knew then that Mary Ann Donut had to make my doughnuts for my wedding. The whole staff is very friendly & helpful. They were so accommodating & made the process simple and painless. I had nothing to worry about when it came to my doughnuts. On top of the doughnuts the baker made me assorted cookies- they do it all! Everything came out amazing & of course tasted delicious! The guests at my wedding raved about the doughnuts for weeks! I would highly recommend stopping at Mary Ann Donut. I wish I lived closer because I would be there every day. Great atmosphere, amazing bakery items & extremely reasonable prices.

Custer Donut – Menu with Prices – 11477 Custer Rd, Frisco

This shop is located on Custer and El Dorado, which should be easy to access when they finish the construction on Custer Rd, but right now it’s messy to pull in. Thankfully, it was worth it. First up, prices. $7.50 for a dozen chocolate $6.50 for a dozen plain I don’t know how this compares to other donut places in the area, since I just moved here, but my dozen came out to $10, I assume because I got several specialty donuts. I am not sure what the individual up charge is per donut. I thought that was a little steep and was happy when the woman helping us noticed my daughter eyeing donut holes and gave her a bag, free of charge. The interior is unadorned, typical donut shop. They have drinks such as juice and milk for sale. I haven’t had a cake donut, but the raised are fantastic. They are light and airy with just the right amount of chew and glaze. It definitely exceeded my expectations and warranted some return visits.

DONUT QUEEN – Menu with Prices – W Park Blvd #112, Plano

Typical Asian (pretty sure Korean) owned donut shop that provides fresh donuts at a reasonable price. They also have some specialties (cronuts) and do customized donuts (name spelt donuts). We actually sat down at one of the two tables available to enjoy our donuts this past time. The lady working later then brought us two chocolate and two strawberry frosted donut holes in a bowl for free to us and said we should have told her we were staying as she would have given us a plate instead. She also told us which of the two coffee pots were fresher when we ordered coffee. One had just been brewed. Super nice. I also often find a couple of free donut holes in my to go bag each time I visit. Will definitely be back!

Best Donuts – Menu with Prices – 4301 SE 15th St A, Oklahoma City

You don’t call yourself “Best” without expecting some serious shade for if it’s not true. Good news is HOLY HELL. THESE ARE SOME BEST DAMN DONUTS. Each one is dipped or iced to please any perfectionist; they’re beautifully smooth on top. They are GORGEOUS donuts. And they taste like OH MY GOD. The glaze comes off in these beautiful little flakes. The donuts are perfectly chewy yet light and airy. Get a dozen for your office. And maybe a dozen for yourself. Donut holes? Oh please just get yourself a dozen of those, all assorted. Even if I buy the office donuts, I tend to like donut holes better (even though I end up eating the equivalent of six donuts then), and the Bavarian cream ones are so addictive that I suddenly became everyone’s best friend in the office. Definitely one of the Top 3 donut shops across America that I’ve ever had. Eat now, worry about pushups later.

Rudy’s Donut Shop – Menu with Prices – 2729 W 15th St, Plano

I’ve been meaning to check this place out since it opened, and I am glad I finally did. I didn’t really expect much, honestly, since it’s in a strip mall with Dollar General and other miscellaneous shops, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a clean and inviting atmosphere upon entering and the donuts were good and inexpensive. The donuts I ordered included 3 specialty donuts that almost looked too good to eat. The “pina coloda” donut was a donut cut in half with a pineapple filling, topped with whipped cream, a pineapple ring and maraschino cherry with a cute little umbrella. The chocolate iced donut was cut in half and filled with raspberry jelly and whipped cream, also topped with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry. Last but definitely not least, the powdered sugar topped donut was cut in half and filled with Bavarian cream and topped with whipped cream, blueberries and a strawberry. I tried a taste of the Bavarian cream and Pina Coloda donuts, and they were both really good. Almost too sweet, but the donut itself was a perfect balance to the sweetness of the fillings and toppings. I also ordered a dozen glazed to take to the office. I tried a taste of one since that’s how I judge all my donut shops. They were light and fluffy with just the right amount of glaze. They weren’t like “fresh out of the oven” soft, but they were definitely good and worth having again. I’m not sure how much each donut was, but I believe the dozen glazed was $7 and some change. The total for a dozen glazed, 3 specialty donuts and a sausage kolache was $20 and some change. Cons: It was hard to read the pricing board since it’s turned to the side rather than facing the counter where you order. I also didn’t see any prices listed for donuts by the dozen, only as singles. Maybe I overlooked it though since the board was hard to see. Also, I had a sausage kolache. It was a little bland and chewy since it was microwaved once I ordered it. I think if I ordered it again, I would ask them not to warm and just warm it myself for less time in the microwave. I saw that another reviewer mentioned the tipping option when you pay with a card. That’s a pretty standard option at most places where the business uses that type of payment kiosk. It’s very easy to just say “No Tip” and sign. Plus, I know other donut places that just put a cup out that says “Tips” on it. Not much different than that. Ending on a good night, the staff (three ladies) were super friendly and great about telling me what was in each of the donuts. The specialty donuts were all decorated very creatively too. I didn’t mind the smaller selection than you get at some places because it lets them focus on making what they have really good instead of having a lot that’s just average.

The Jelly Donut – Menu with Prices – 443 Dutton Ave, Santa Rosa

Doughnuts that you can get at anytime of day or night… magic to your ears right? This place comes in clutch after a late night of drinking. Bar closes, youre craving something bad, dont feel like going to shari’s or dennys… DOUGHNUTS !!!! This place kind of specailizes in their blueberry cake doughnuts, which are very good considering im not the biggest cake doughnut fan. They taste like blueberry pancakes. Reasons why im giving them a three is because: 1) they only take cash… they have an ATM in house, however, its always down anytime ive ever gone in there, so getting a friend that has cash to spot me or running across the street to the nearest Atm sort of sucks considering the extra $3 charge to use the ATM just made a $1 doughnut into a $4 doughnut ( or $8.75 dozen into an $11.75 dozen) 2) same as the atm, the bathroom is always out of service , as i mentioned above, after a drunken mission to get doughnuts, one might have to expell once arrived, not at the jelly doughnut 3) ive only been here late night, so this only applies to that timeframe, but, selection is somewhat limited. I prefer risen doughnuts opposed to cake, most of their doughnuts seem to be cake. I love plain glazed, sugar, and straight up doughnut holes, but it seems like they never have them when my friends and i decide to stumble in… less maple cakes that noone orders and more plain risen glazed!!!!

Pilaski’s Donuts Menu with Prices 4201 W Green Oaks Blvd #400, Arlington

I love this donut shop but my kids love it even more. They have the best donut holes ever; not because it’s a donut hole, but because of the way they’re decorated. Sorry I don’t have any pics, but I believe there is a pic of these donut holes which are decorated to depict characters such as Elmo,Frogs, the movie “Frozen”, etc.. The service here is great and so is there coffee. That’s right, plain ol’ coffee, with cream & sugar of course!

Shipley Do-Nuts – Menu with Prices – 6362 De Zavala Rd #101, San Antonio

Stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast. Place was nice and clean. My kiddo and husband said the kolache’s were amazing. The donuts were fresh made. I had the Boston cream donut and enjoyed it a lot. my daughter had the vanilla sprinkled donut and a strawberry sprinkle doughnut but preferred the vanilla sprinkled donut. The gentleman at the counter was very polite he even brought out some fresh hot glazed donuts for us to try. They also had cake donuts but we did not try them. Recommend you to try it.
