Klockan är strax efter 21 och båda kidsen har precis somnat. Gästerna har gått och kvar är disken och hundpromenaden. Vi har haft kalas för Milou idag och det var 27 pers här för att käka middag och fika. Nu är jag trött och seg deg efter att ha roddat i köket heeeeeela dan.
Vi bjöd på tacos till middag och så lite småplock munsbitar till efterrätt. Det är fasen svårt att beräkna mat till så många men jag tycker jag lyckades bra. Alla mätta och belåtna 🙂
Mitt på dan idag var Tobbe ute med Moss och Milou så jag fick köket för mig själv och Melwin var ute på tomten och lekte med grannkidsen. Skönt! Jag hade satt en bulldeg, bakat kakor (som jag glömde ställa fram kom jag just på) kladdkakerutor med chokladmousse, vaniljcupkakes med Dulce de Leche, rört ihop bullfyllning, stekte köttfärs, dukade bordet, satte på en maskin disk, tog fram skålar och la dukar på borden.
Jag tror att det är just det här som gjorde att jag vann Hela Sverige Bakar, hahaha! Faktiskt! Jag är van vid att hålla 573 bollar i luften samtidigt. Baka allt från grunden, och mycket ska det va, ta hand om barn och lunchservering samtidigt. 36 bunkar på bänken, alla fyllda med olika degar, smeter och fyllningar. Jag blir handlingskraftig när jag utsätts för stress. Jag vet inte om min sambo skulle hålla med mig till 100% men vi skiter i att fråga honom helt enkelt 😉
Imorgon hoppas jag på att våra älskade rumpnissar sover längre än 05, tack och hej, och att jag kommer iväg för att kuta milen uppe i spåret.
