Det regnar och mörkret börjar komma tidigare på kvällarna. Ungarna försöker vänja sig vid vantar, fleecetröjor och fodrade galonisar. Brrrr, nu är det höst. Bara att gilla läget och hänga med i kalendern!
Men jag har haft en riktigt härlig dag idag! Masserat kunder hemma, kört min Body Pump klass på SATS vid lunch, gått ut med hunden och varit på möte med Boost! Boost är ett UF företag som är startat av 6 tjejer från Blackebergs Gymnasium. Dom har som uppgift att starta ett företag under gymnasietiden och kontaktade mig för att bli deras rådgivare! Såååå kul! Deras idé är att ta fram ett hälsosamt mellis/fika och har nu skapat tre olika sorters smoothies och två bakverk som är helt gluten, nöt och laktosfria. Jag fick äran att provsmaka alltihop idag och det smakade riktigt bra! Vi finslipade ett av recepten lite så det blev ännu bättre. Nästa steg är att köra provsmakningar i plugget med enkät där folk får säga vad dom tycker om alla olika smaker.

Jag hämtade sen mina älskade rumpnissar och kom precis hem till en proppad brevlåda med blöt post. Suck. När jag grävde upp alla kuvert och reklamblad såg jag en liten kartong i botten med mitt namn på. Äääälskar att få paket! (Vem gör inte det?)
Boxen var från Yollibox! Har ni käkat deras yoghurtglass nån gång? Ni bara måste testa! Den är så jädra god! Krämig, len och det bästa, heeeeelt utan äckliga tillsatser!

Det har precis öppnat en liten Hemköp butik nära oss och jag blev så glad när jag dök ner i frysboxen och upptäckte att dom hade både Lejonet & Björnen och Yollibox! Bra där! Kvalité! Perfekt att smyga över och inhandla när kidsen somnat och hunden ändå ska ut och pissa av sig 😉 Ska köpa en till kvällens Hela Sverige Bakar! Myyyyyyys!!!
