Jag tycker det är ganska lätt att veta vad man får äta när man är gravid, förutom vid ett enda tillfälle och det är när man ska på julfest. Det är sååå rörigt med alla rekommendationer kring julmat tycker jag. Livsmedelsverket har ingen enkel lathund utan man måste läsa allt dom skrivit och sen försöka memorera. Därför gjorde jag en egen lathund när jag var gravid med Lucas som jag tänkte att jag delar med er i år igen. Allt i det här inlägget har jag baserat på livsmedelverkets rekommendationer: Kostråd för gravida- Livsmedelsverket!

NEJ! Gravida ska inte äta detta:
– Vakuumförpackad gravad och rökt lax eller fisk som inte är nygjord
– Torkad, kallrökt och gravat kött t.e.x parmaskinka och salami. Tips! Frys in parmaskinkan/salamin i minst 3 dygn innan så går det bra att äta den sen.
– Ost gjord på opastöriserad mjölk (opastöriserad hårdost går dock bra att äta). Detta gäller även pastöriserad mögelost, brieost, getost och kittost eftersom det tillsätts en mängd opastöriserad mjölk vid tillverkningen av den. Tips! Om den har varit upphettat till så att den har bubblat så går det bra att äta den.
– Kalla röror, syltor och patéer om de har förvarats länge och för varmt, undvik därför att äta från buffé. Om de är färska och inte förvarast för varmt går det bra.
– Strömming kan innehålla höga halter av miljögifter
– Lever
– Ål, aborre, gädda, gös och lake
JA! Gravida kan mumsa i sig detta:
– Nygjord eller nyrökt lax och fisk, fråga personalen om fisken har varit vakuumförpackad eller ej
– Fiskrom
– Parmaskinka/Salami som varit fryst i minst 3 dygn innan den serveras
– Mögelost på tub 🙂 Mums! Det går bra att äta den eftersom den har varit upphettad
– Ost som har upphettas är säker, som t.ex. i sås eller gratäng
– Alla sillinläggningar
– Lutfisk
– Julskinka
– Varma rätter och grönsaksrätter
– Janssons frestelse
– Köttbullar, prinskorv och revbensspjäll
– Kalvsylta
Vet ni vad jag är sugen på? Jag är sugen på mögelost, jättejättejättesugen! Det är inte alls lika gott att hetta upp den innan.. Jag kanske köper fel sorter? Men av det som jag får äta från julbordet så är jag väldigt sugen på lax, fiskrom och kalvsylta hehe 🙂 Kalvsylta kommer inte finnas på julbordet som jag ska på i år så jag kanske får köpa hem en bit att mumsa på här över jul… haha!! Hej Lisa! Nej, det kan man inte. Kallrökt/gravad lax kan innehålla listeria och listeria-bakterien dör inte av frysning. Därför ska man inte äta kallrökt/gravad lax som har varit vacuumförpackad, men om den är nygjord (tex. på en fin restaurang) så kan man äta den 🙂

Kalvsylta och rödbetssallad.. Det drabbar mig vid varje graviditet… Nr 3 nu.. Inte förtjust i det alls annars. Till vårt bröllop förra veckan gjorde jag en jättegod laxrulle. Kallrökt laxfile som givetvis varit fryst innan. Över en vecka. Inuti laxen hade jag en blandning på philadelpiaost och pepparrotsvisp..
Mmmmmm namnam! Det lät ju hur gott som helst!! Det måste jag prova!
Men du, insåg precis att det är listeria och inte toxoplasma som kan finnas i kallrökt lax. Listeria kan inte frysas bort!

Satt precis och funderade vad jag får äta och inte.. Och.. Tack godkänd, jag får äta kalvsylta :-P. Nu kommer jag ”bara vara” i vecka 10 när det är julafton men jag började typ grina när jag insåg att jag inte får äta kalvsylta. Herregud, haha.
Ett litet tips som är supergott är att lägga en skiva mögelost på lax innan man lagar i ugn 🙂
