Healthy breakfast with Samsung

Hi loves

I wanted to talk a little bit about health meals for kids – which is not always the easiest to find or have the time for (in my opinion).

But I have tried some recipes out lately with the help from our Samsung Family Hub – I got the idea to make banana pancakes and found a great recipe, Samsung helped me with a fun way to get the kids more interested in eating it.

I made their plates out to look like owls with berries and bananas and they loved it! Did you know that studies show that children are more likely to eat their food if you display it in a fun and creative way?

I did not but I’ve tried it with all their meals for a week now and they haven’t left a single piece on their plates since so I guess I have to admit with the studies and say that it truly works.

I would never have had come up with this on my own that’s why I love having our Samsung Family Hub helping me out.

Just look how cute they turned out? Super health food that the kids enjoy – they also loved the fact that they could make their own figures after they finished their first plate.

It’s like they get to do crafts at the same time as they explore new food and I think this is a true winning concept for us, what do you think?

Recipe:

2 eggs2 small ripe bananas85 g of melted butter, plus a little extra for frying2.4 dl milk0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract2 tablespoons sugar3 tsp baking powder3.3 dl wheat flourBerries and bananas for decorating

Lots of love from us
