Babyrytmik, mammalunch och zumba

Sitter här och njuter efter en fantastisk dag! Vi började dagen tidigt med babyrytmik och efter det en frukostfika tillsammans med alla från babyrytmiken. Babyrytmik kan jag verkligen rekommendera! Så uppskattat!!! Efter rytmiken fick Lucas lite gröt och det blev även lite amning och sen somnade Lucas gott i vagnen medan jag tog oss in till stan för att träffa dom andra mammorna som vi babysimmar med. Det är samma mammor som jag gick på vattengympa med. Det blev en mysig lunch och flera av bebisarna satt med oss vid bordet och fick äta lite dom också. Lucas och lilla Klara hälsade lite på varandra och jag lyckades få en toppen bild på dom:

Och nu ikväll blev det lite zumba för min del. Känner mig så stolt över mig själv att jag tränar på så här bra. Träningsmotivationen är på topp och jag känner varje dag att min kropp blir starkare och slankare. Kläderna sitter bättre och gamla kläder som inte har passat, passar plötsligt! Så stolt!!!!!
