Jag pratade med en kollega idag om sociala medier. Jag sa att jag i helgen varit inne allt mindre på sociala medier men däremot läst desto mer. Jag berättade att jag fastnat så totalt i en bok att jag liksom missat att skrolla Instagram och Facebook.
Vi är i grunden väldigt olika jag och min kollega. Ett exempel är att han inte han en tv hemma, medan jag ser typ allt på tv.
Men han kom i alla fall med en intressant tanke. Han menade att vi ofta inte gör saker vi vill, av den anledningen att vi skrollar för mycket på telefonen. Istället för att träna, läsa eller lära sig något instrument , så skrollar vi sociala medier.
Jag tror det ligger något i det. Däremot tror jag kanske inte att det ena behöver utesluta det andra. Jag skrollar fortfarande sociala medier, även om det inte är lika mycket just nu (på grund av extremt spännande bok). Bara för att man ibland tittar på sociala medier behöver inte världen utanför försvinna. Vi kan hantera både och. Men jag tror att det ligger något i att det ibland kanske tar upp alldeles för mycket tid. Detta var något att fundera över.
