/Last week I made a delicious vegetarian (and gluten-free) lasagne and today I want to share the recipe with you. It is super easy to do and all you need is gluten-free lasagne, 1 package of quorn, 1 jar of crushed tomatoes, 4 dl of cream, 1/2 bag of grated cheese, 1 pot of fresh basil, chili flakes, salt, pepper and organic butter. Start with frying the quorn in the butter and then add the tomatoes, chiliflakes plus salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer on a low heat and start prepare the lasagne form by putting a thin layer of cream in the bottom and a layer of pasta on top of it. Pour over half of the qourn sauce together with half of the basil and one more layer of cream. Repeat this once, and then add one more layer of lasagne with a thin layer of cream and the cheese on top of it. Put it in the oven on 170-200 degrees until the pasta is soft and the cheese is golden colored. When it’s done, serve it with a salad with some balsamico on top plus some fresh herbs.
