Bon appétit!
/Last week I made these delicious Christmas pralines and if you still have the time to bake something for Christmas – bake these! They are super easy to make and all you need is almond paste, arrack essence, 200 grams of white chocolate and some topping. Start with mixing the almond paste with the arrack essence (I used 2 teaspoons but try 1 at first and see how it tastes) and make small balls of the almond paste which you put on retro straws or just keep them as they are. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes and melt the white chocolate while they get cold. When the chocolate has melted, dip the almond paste balls in the chocolate, sprinkle the topping over them and put them in the fridge. They are so easy to make and tastes amazing! Bon appétit!
