You need:
- Cod filé (torsk fileér)
- 1/3 cup white miso (1 dl vit miso)
- 1/4 brown sugar (1,5 msk brunt socker)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (1 tsk rostad sesam olja)
- 2 tbs mirin (2 msk mirin)
- sesame seeds for garnish (sesam frön)
Rinse fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Combine miso, brown sugar, sesame oil and mirin and stir well until brown sugar is fully dissolved. Brush about 2 tablespoons miso glaze on each fish fillet. Marinate for at least 10 min or longer if possible.preheat oven on broiler 375 degrees F. Place fish under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes, or until top is slightly charred and glaze has caramelized. Remove fish from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes, until fish is flaky but not overcooked. Serve with a cauliflower puré. yum!
//Sätt ugnen på 200 grader C. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till en jämn smet och borsta på ca 1-2 msk per filé, låt marineras i 10 min. Sätt i mitten av ugnen i 9-10 min tills glazen har karamelliserat sig. Servera ihop med blomkåls puré. Super gott!
