Brukar bli bra konsistens men har också råkat ut för att fröna inte sväller tillräckligt någon gång, trots att det är från samma påse frön.. Skumt..! Sen skivar jag i en banan och äter det så!
Men har inte du problem med magen? Jag får en himla fart på magen av detta så tänkte att det kanske kan ge dig ont? (vet inte alls men kanske värt att tänka på..)
Har dessutom testat med två olika märken på fröna…. Ridenta och rene woltair (eller va fasiken det heter)
Har misslyckats 3ggr jag med, fast med mandelmjölk. 2msk chia å knappt 2dl mandelmjölk. Vägrar att bli en puddning trots att det dtår från kväll till mirhon i kylen. Nu tänker jsg inte testa igrn för fröna är ju inte gratis…. Säg till om du lyckas och hur isf…
3 msk chiafrön till 2 dl dryck. Rör ordentligt och rör igen efter en 15 minuter. Vissa chiafrön sväller sämre än andra 🙂
Tror inte de funkar med lättmjölk, utan du måste ha någon form av nöt mjölk. Mandel/cashew/ hasselnöt lr kokosnötsmjölk. 2msk chiafrön + 2dl nötmjölk. Chia pudding va inte alls vad jag hade förväntat mej dock.. hoppas du tkr om de bättre 😛
