Kladdkaka med lakritsfudge

Veckan rusar på och swisch swosch så är det tisdag! Dax för den tredje kladdkakan att presenteras, Kladdkaka med Lakritsfudge! Jag använder lakritspulver som är 50% salmiakpulver i. Riktigt gott tillsammans med den krämiga chokladen 🙂

125g smör
3dl strösocker
1 dl kakao
1 tsk vaniljsocker
2 dl vetemjöl (eller 2.5 dl glutenfri mix)
2 ägg

Lakritsfudge:
2 dl grädde
2 dl råsocker
4 msk ljus sirap
1 msk kakao
1 msk lakrits/salmiakpulver
100g smör

Flingsalt

1. Smält smöret och låt svalna.

2. Blanda ihop alla torra ingredienser.

3. Rör i smöret och knäck i äggen. Vispa till en jämn smet.

4. Smörj en 20 cm springform och skaka runt kakao så formen täcks. Häll i smeten och grädda i ca 30 min i 175 grader. Den ska fortfarande vara lite lös i mitten när den gräddats klart. Den sätter sig fint i kylen sen och blir krämig och kladdig precis som den ska va!

5. Fudgen. Koka ihop alla ingredienser utom smöret tills smeten är blank och lite tjock. Tag av från värmen och rör i smöret. Häll över kakan och strö över lite flingsalt. Svalna på bänken, stelna till i kylen.

DOCK skulle jag önska att du skriver vilken mix det ska vara (om de nu är så att du faktiskt bakat recepten själv med en glutenfrimix?!) för de är ju skillnad på mix och mix, Semper,FINAX, Lailas osv de ter ju sig olika och vissa är med mjölk andra utan, och de passar sig till olika saker tex mjukakakor, hårda kakor, bullar osv SÅ att skriva 2,5 dl glutenfri mix kan för en som aldrig bakat glutenfritt bli väldigt fel om den väljer fel mix //Tack på förhand och bye the way imorgon ska jag baka kladdkakan med jordnötter och kolakräm, jag ska prova med Lailas blåa mix…tror det blir bra 🙂

      Jag använder oftast Lailas mix till kakor och tårtbottnar och sen kör jag på Finax eller Sempers mix när jag gör tex scones och pizza!

      Jag har bara tagit tre olika sätt att baka kladdkaka på! 🙂 Lite skillnad på höjd och krämighet men det är bara att testa och se vilket recept man gillar bäst 🙂 Tre olika recept, tre olika sätt att strö formen, tre olika smaker!
